Writing on behalf of my Grandma: Over charged me for unnecessary parts that didn’t fix anything. Every time a tech came out, they told me I needed something different, which I kept paying for until I realized they were not trustworthy. Had to stay in my 90 degree home, Comfort Experts didn’t offer me a portable unit to get me through 4 days. I called ANOTHER company to come fix it and they told me the freon should have been checked first (it was empty), which Comfort Experts did not do. The other company immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it one day. Comfort Experts have scammed multiple people in the senior park I live in, stay away! Call Steve Smith!!! He also told us Comfort Experts techs work on commission, so they sell you something whether it’s broken or not!

Arrived on time. Did a great job servicing my ac system for it's semi-annual checkup. Tim was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He was very informative.

Always have the same service tech, Derold. Efficient, neat, and professional. This company has been great with keeping us updated as to arrival time. Also have a great feature of sending technicians picture and id info ahead so you know who is coming.

It was a 6mo. check up. Service was good. Service man was very professional and straightforward. He was the service representative 6 months ago for my last service call. When I see a circulation of employees it tends to make me think they have a problem with employee turnaround

Had a service call from Comfort Experts tech, Cesar, today! As a member of their service plan, they come twice a year to service my unit. I love that it takes all the worry away for me. Great staff! Great service!
