I had a pool equipment warranty service call today and a replacement of my salt cell. Eddie Olivo was the technician and he was so awesome. He was patient with me as he walked me through a number of random questions I had about the system and what he was doing and assisted with educating me on some steps I can continue to take to keep my pool in great condition. Also let me in on some things I should be doing no one had yet let me know in the 1.5 years I've had my pool as well as additional services Hawkins provides I can be utilizing that I didn't know about. Thanks Eddie for your great work and for being super helpful and patient with all my questions!

Called Hawkins and they were quick to set up an appointment Day of appointment time t technician was early. Jeremy was excellent. I was not home and he was very respectful with my 89 year old mom who was home. He called me and told me what was wrong and had several options. I felt he was open honest and realistic about the issues with the heat pump. He started the repair and found additional issues. He called me back and went over the new issues as well. Again it was great communication. I felt he really went out of his way to let me know what was going on. Excellent excellent service. Would highly recommend these folks.

Just had an amazing experience with HSC Hawkins for my pool electric installation. Tim, Brandon and Durman were knowledgeable, skilled and courteous, and they took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner. They were also incredibly efficient, completing the job in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical services. Technician did excellent job and explained in details all the options I have to repair the system. We also discussed the installation of UV light to eliminate mold inside the duct system. I agreed and he performed the installation since he was carrying all the parts in his truck.

Had a very good experience with this company. We have used them before they are prompt and make you aware of everything and all your options cannot say enough good things about them. We had Jesse come out. He was very friendly and helpful and had all of our issues resolved in a timely manner.

Reference work order 0960. Eddie was the service technician. If there were six stars I would give him that. Professional, knew what he was doing, and fixed everything, and cleaned up after he was finished. I have been using Hawkins electrical for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. This is no exception

Ryan and Rae came over on Friday morning 3/24/23 to replace our light inside the spa/jacuzzi. They were super punctual and did a great job. They were very efficient, friendly and courteous. Edwin Olivo was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. We had issues with a brand new pool pump and Edwin was able to fix it as soon as the part came in. He knew exactly what the issue was and corrected it.

First I’ll say Hawkins did a good initial job installing thousands of dollars worth of electrical work during my pool installation and panel upgrade. They also installed two outdoor GFI outlets in my backyard. Now where my experience gets bad is when we tried to use our outlets in May and one would not function and just clicked over and over. May was 11 months and I called and left a message during a week I had off for vacation. No one ever called back. Of course I got busy getting back to work and called again today realizing no one called me to help resolve the issue. A lady answer the phone today and said “ahh, you just over your one year warrantee and we have to charge you $150 just to show up and none of that will count towards fixing my outlet. Of course they got my message, saw my warranty was about to be up, just just deleted my message. After spending this type of money with a company, this is the worst way you could treat us. I’ll spend some time now finding a company who actually takes care of their customers vs installing equipment that last 12 months then charging you $150 just to pull up and fix something that will probably cost less than $150 to change out. Companies just aren’t what they used to be…
