I wasn't a customer of theirs and called for service on Sunday. It was 90 outside and I had no air. I received a call back in 15 minutes and had 2 technicians in my driveway 15 minutes later. Amazing service. Very knowledgeable techs. Had me up and running in less than 30 minutes.

Knights Air provided the most professional and cost efficient service for me this past week! The office staff were very attentive and worked with me diligently to get my problem solved. They kept me updated me at every turn and communicated exactly what the timeline would be which I greatly appreciated! Lee himself was also very punctual and even provided a service after hours. His rates are very fair and it is clear he has extensive knowledge of his craft! Knights has a lifelong customer in me.

Initially they seemed like a great company... Local and a small business. They gave the impression that they were capable of properly diagnosing our issue. That could not be further from the case. We have not had proper air conditioning for six weeks, after paying almost $1300 to have a new blower installed. They ordered the wrong part, which caused delays, the "right" part came in only to go out 5 days later. Just for another week to go by before they try to get a replacement for the new part and complain about having to come out of pocket for it. New part comes in and gets installed just for it to go out a couple of days later, why??? Because they misdiagnosed the problem. Now they refuse to give us any of our money back. BUYER BEWARE!!!

A few months ago my AC stopped blowing cool so I called Knights and a technician came by and told me that my coil was bad and was leaking. He even showed me a pic. It was hot and humid and he was able to get me by by adding in freon until I can get a quote on a coil repair or system replacement. I never got a call nor did they return my call that I left a message on.
Fast forward to today the AC still blows cold with that recharge. I even hired another “honest” company to do a check up on the system and to my surprise the Freon levels were right on and no leaks, so the coil was never a problem. If there was a leak in the coil you may or will see oil all over, which there was none in my system. The tech from this new company even told me that some technicians will show false leaks or pour dye in your system to make it look like there was a leak even though there isn’t, which unfortunately what happened to me. I didn’t get the name of the technician from Knights, but I did not appreciate getting lied to in order make more money plus we were not at a point where we can nor wanted to spend more money. Thank god that we have no leaks and that the system is still running good. Beware if you plan on using this company given my experience.

I am 100% satisfied with everything about my interactions with Lee and and his staff as well as all the service he provided. They called and where able to arrive early, got right to work and quickly discovered why my issue was not the thermostat but the blower motor. They explained everything along the way in terms I was able to easily understand. The part had to be ordered and the next day they again called and where able to come earlier than I was scheduled for. NOW GET THIS, they left 2 portable AC units for us to use until they had it fixed. The service was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Knight's Air Conditioning to anyone within their service area.

Amazing customer service! Lisa was wonderful to speak with and she went above and beyond to make our situation better in a timely manner. The technician was fast and efficient, he even took time to explain what to do in the future if my problem occurred again. Super honest people with extremely fair pricing. I will be contacting them with any future needs and will recommend them to anyone in the area!

Very very nice owners. I called like 30 different companies on Sunday before I called knights. No other company would take the time to listen to my problem. All of the other companies had answering services and call back request they would ask for all of your information before listening to what the issue is. The owner of knights took the time to first ask me what the problem was and he was able to get me situated get my AC back up and running on the same day.

1st time using Knights Air after hearing so many positve comments. My experience not so good.

July 13th - Came to our house to do a system check. Lee seemed like a good guy with a ton of HVAC experience. Paid 75.00 for the 10 minute visit with two thumbs up that was my AC was running OK. The one tech left a tool on top of the AC.

July 15th - Called at 8 am that out air was out. Lee and his assistant came out at 5 PM to tell us the compressor had failed and could not supply one until Monday July 18th. They let us have a portible AC unit. I plugged it in to a living room outlet and it blew a breaker and now our living room outlets do no work. Will need a electrician now.

July 18th - I called 1st thing in the am and I am told no compressor until Friday July 22nd. Thats a week without air. Being frustrated I called another HVAC company and they were at my house by 8 AM Wednesday July 20th. Job completed!

Still July 20th I left a message on their answering service that I was canceling the service and they could come pick the portable
AC unit. Later a girl from Knights called saying the ac is still on for Friday. I asked her if they have plans to pickup the portable. She says she didn't know about the portable. I asked if she listens to her voice mail messages. She got defensive and said of course I listen to the messages. I commented that I left you a detailed message. She just got more snotty.

I tried to use the so called best company but in my opinion they are not as good as advertised.

There is more but I don't feel like typing anymore. Not worth the time. Better to just let it go now.

I got a full AC replacement about 3 years ago. This company has been excellent. When I was in the process of getting estimates, they were definetly low pressure, but took the time to explain all my options. 3 years later, I'm still very happy. AC is working great, my electric bill is down and I haven't had any problems except one. My thermostat failed, but they came right out and replaced it quickly. We hired Knights Air to diagnose and fix our air being out. 6 weeks later and we are out $1300 and HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. Still no a/c and getting the run around about getting our money back. Communication has been TERRIBLE, the wrong parts were received, and the cause of the problem was never diagnosed properly from the start. Save yourself the rouble and hire ANYBODY else!
