Jim was a very nice man who helped me out and did what he could under the circumstances. I was hit by hurricane Ian and my place as well as all the surrounding homes are just a mess. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and I appreciate it and am so grateful. He is a great asset to the company and a real pleasure to work with. I enjoyed meeting him. Thank you.

I had a salesman at my trailer and told him I wanted all my duct work replaced so there would be even cooling throughout. This did not happen. I know nothing about a/c or duct work. Apparently I have a chase that cannot be replaced. I wasn't told this until recently. This should've been something I was told in the beginning. I still have uneven cooling and leaks under my trailer after spending $4500. And they say there is nothing they can do for me. Great company if you want ripped off!

Dierks, the technician, was on time and efficient . He explained what he did and made suggestions but not pushy to purchase additional items.

Daniel continued working until the problem was fixed. He was here for about 3 hours working and checking everything .

AirNow installed a mini split for us. But the extra surge protector that was installed “butted heads” with the solar surge protector we have on our house. Tech Arsen, fixed that for us and was very professional. Out of the all guys we had out to figure out what the problem was he was the best. Thankyou Arsen!

Could not ask for better service. Came and gave me a quote and in less than 24 hours from getting quote my systems were installed ! Everyone I dealt with was very nice and respectful. Their prices are very good too. Definitely a 5 star business. Would use them again and would recommend them to to family, friends and neighbors.
