Action Heating and Air Conditioning,Inc.

I have been using Action for the past couple of years and cannot express what a great experience it has been. They are prompt, professional, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Their tech, Paul, is wonderful and takes the time to answer questions and explain what is going on. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable in this field and enjoys what he does. Would (and have) recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid HVAC company.

I have used (& highly recommended) Action since moving here in 2012. I purchased a new heatpump from them in 2016. Some of the best, reliable, professional & friendly service ever. They are always timely and I sincerely appreciate the consistency of technician Paul providing my regular system servicing.

Everything was fine until we woke up at 2am, sweating due to the a/c going out. I called Action Heating and Air that morning, and the very nice young lady who answered the phone got us on a technicians schedule for that afternoon. The technician Phillip, just knew what was wrong BEFORE he even saw the unit itself. Very knowledgeable and had our a/c running in less that 15mins. Within the hour my house went from 88' to 74'. I very highly recommend Action Heating & Air. Will definitely use them in the future.

Service was great. Paul was our technician - very helpful and professional. We look forward to having him back in 6 months. Action Air is a solid company to deal with.

"After moving from NC recently, I found a heating and air conditioning company that I highly recommend- Action Heating and Air Conditioning.
The administrative staff was friendly and identified what I needed after moving into my new house, including making me aware of a warranty for transfer from previous house owner that I was able to obtain. I had questions & concerns about my Heating & AC System, and the staff arranged for a very informative, professional, technically skilled service man, Coleman Thomas, to service my system early the next morning. His problem solving skill quickly identified what needed to be done to get my system functioning optimally. When I told him I had anti-allergy equipment in my last house, he provided a great system this company offered- Apco-X. He gave me an Ipad explaining this system, and he was able to install it during his service call. Grateful to have a company that provides technically knowledgeable and skilled service personnel, along with knowledgeable and friendly administrative staff answering their phone. "

This is my 7th year using Action Air. They have always taken care of my system and responded quickly even after hours! Paul is a straight shooter and knows his stuff, he takes pride in what he does. Excellent work Paul!
