Tanner, Casey and Andrew were at my home removing old ductwork in the attic and replacing with new. They were knowledgeable and personable. They worked diligently through the day, no fooling around, no time wasting! Very careful about my floors and furniture. They made sure to clean up every speck of anything that may have been dropped. I was very impressed with these three young men. They showed up on time, apologized for breaking for lunch,( the attic was beastly hot and they certainly needed to eat and hydrate) , came back from lunch, and then they were finished! I highly recommend these three and Action. Thank you for a way more pleasant day than I had anticipated 😂

Update. Dishonesty is a serious flaw for any business. I'm now being told after 4 months of an invoice that just "popped up." I'm wondering if the work done as in review below wasn't done in good faith. My 80 year old mother has been with this co. for at least 10years. My email stated in response to: "what can we do
to ensure you will continue being our lifelong customer?" So I shared their 4mo. Old error is their error. Now, Mary Ann sent me a threatening email that they handled it but Go Somewhere else!

Tech came back out and was considerate, professional and thorough. When a service is to be provided I just like any other expect it to be done as stated. I'm positive tech doesn't like returning to same resid. 2x same day for same issue. Thank you tech Paul for being a professional in your craft. And Happy New Year.

Coleman was on time - very professional and cleaned up after himself

We couldn't be more satisfied with our new ACsystem installed by Action. Our electric bill has come down about 20-25%. It is very quiet compared to our old system. Their installers were very efficient and the install process went off without a hitch. Also we felt we got a good price on the system. I would reccomend them to anyone

I called Action Heating and Air Conditioning after being completely frustrated by a home warranty company. They came out and replaced my system with only two days' notice. They showed up when they said they would. The men were polite and worked diligently . The whole installation took about 6 hours . When they were done they cleaned the garage space where they worked and took away the trash and the old equipment.

I highly recommend this company; they have a good work ethic and they are honest and very competent .

I highly recommend Action Heating and Air. I have used their services for 10+ years and they are always kind and professional. Ed is the service person who normally comes to the house. He knows his business, is kind, friendly, and respects requests made on behalf of a highly immune compromised individual living in my household.
I can’t say I have had a negative experience with the company or anyone representing it over the past 10+ years. My ac unit is v old and I have a service plan with them and I know that it wouldn’t have gotten to it’s ripe old age without their help! :)

Mark was extremely professional and thorough regarding our initial consultation and maintenance appointment. Tanner and Andrew were also very professional, conscientious and polite when they completed the work regarding AC ducts and venting our exhaust fan. They are role models regarding work ethic and customer service.

Paul was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and honest with everything he was doing. He gave me good pointers of what to do and not do and I really appreciated that. Recently,the team at Action installed a geothermal system in my home. The entire process was extremely professional, from the initial proposal through to completion. I found Mike and Jeff, as well as their field technicians to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The subsequent annual routine maintenance of the equipment is done with the same level of care. I have since asked them to install a new system in another property of mine and the experience was great, as expected! In my experience, it is rare to find this consistent level of service and quality. I highly recommend Action!
