Had a great experience with Tom and Cinthia! Super kind, professional and very responsive. My thermostat kept going on and off, activating the AC every few minutes and then turning it off. A cleaning was due! They checked that the unit was working properly and cleaned the pipes!

All I can say is WOW!! Tom & Cynthia were at our doorstep within minutes of us calling. Keep in mind this was an after hours call and still they prompt, professional and charged a reasonable fee for fixing our AC unit during a storm. Definitely recommend them.

I called Tom this morning and he had someone out within less than 2 hours of our phone call! David Miller came out and took care of a rat that had gotten into our outdoor unit last night. He was quick and efficient! He cleaned up the mess and then sanitized and thoroughly cleaned the unit. As always, I am very pleased with this company, and they are very reasonably priced! I HIGHLY recommend.

I thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, workmanship shown by Walter and his crew installing my heat pump system. They were on time and did a fantastic job!! Tom is your AC guy!! Seriously, I was fortunate enough to find him online and gave him a chance to try to revive my AC unit. He was quickly able to make an available appt for us, and within a short amount of time had the unit running again! Tom is very professional, honest and has very fair prices! I needed someone to give me a second opinion on an A/C repair I thought I was getting a false diagnosis on from another company I used for over 15 years and found AAA AC associates who came out and confirmed that my AC was not needing replaced and had the unit back up and operating within an hour.
Tom is very knowledgeable on time and professional. Prices are very reasonable and will use him from now on.

Our A/C was blowing hot air the day before my mom was coming to babysit while we left for a vacation. Not an emergency since the weather cooled off that night, but Tom was able to come out the next day, a Saturday, and let us know that the thermostat had gone bad. Thankfully it was an easy fix.
