Had a recommended AC repair company give us our first bid and it was pretty high. Then beautiful Cinthia came over and my wife and I were stunned at the greatly lower price and the work was done the same day. The people in this company are fantastic and we are so blessed to have them fix our AC system. When the people in the company come into your home to fix something, they have HONESTY and CARING written all over them. Thank you, Thank you & Thank you!

These folks went above and beyond! Exceptional service and just awesome people. Our AC/heat package unit quit running right. They came first thing in the morning, only to find one of the condenser fan blades had come apart inside the unit and killed the motor (miraculously, the coil survived). We live an hour from Jacksonville, and they made a round trip back into Jacksonville to get a new fan and motor (it's a 10-year old unit), came back the same day and worked into the evening to get it back up and running... because they knew it was going to get cold tonight. Thank you Tom and Cinthia!!! Very impressed, and we can confirm: there are still good people out there. Highly recommend.

Genuinely nice people! They were very responsive, let us know when they can come out, and they kept their promise time. They immediately figured out what the issue was and was able to fix it. Needed help with my AC drain line, and they were here within an hour. Awesome service from Mike, who kept me informed about every step of the process, and got they job done exceptionally well. I have their number saved for all my AC related services.

Horrible experience. Changed my unit and they kept coming back every week due to continous problems. On top of that found out that ac wasnt installed up to code. I wouldnt recommend this company for your AC needs.

Part One: I found Tom on Craigslist and the first thing I try thought to myself was, are you sure you want to use craiglist..Here is one thing I do know...whether its craigslist or a google search, your first contact with someone tells alot. I knew after speaking with him over the phone he was a man of his word. He booked me, got the information he needed from me, confirmed the time, and was here ready to get started. He is very professional and he and his crew very knowledgeable. I will be posting Part Two after the install is complete.

Excellent, reliable, professional company. My AC broke down and I was about to call 911 the night before, but Tom came to my rescue and took care of my AC unit. I highly recommend their services.

Our AC stopped working in the evening and the technician came all the way out from Georgia and was able to tell us that changing the batteries on the thermostat was the issue and charged us NOTHING... amazing and amazingly honest ... god bless 2 thumbs up!! Still good people left on earth 🙏
