Ask for Cool Air Conditioning went above and beyond all my expectations. I was having severe issues with my AC every month leaking into my return, thus causing a horrible mold and rot problem. Many other AC techs were telling me that my only options were extremely costly, not to mention, work intensive. Nigel immediately gave me a plan of action and knew how to fix this issue, with the least invasive way possible. I inherited a terrible AC installation when I bought my house 2 years ago, and have had nothing but problems. Nigel pretty much installed a brand new unit, or at least it seemed that way. Once he was done, my AC unit, return, and duct work looked like a brand new install. Extremely professional and amazing work ethic. I will never use another AC company ever again. 6/5 stars.

Excellent service, very fair and competitive pricing. Very honest. Two other companies quoted me much higher than them and also told me I needed more work than it actually needed to be done. They only did the repairs that were necessary. And now my AC is humming along beautifully. Would definitely recommend in use them again.

Not for one second did I feel I was being misguided or taken advantage in any way shape or form. Nick H was so honest and down to earth. Nigel, the other Nick and JR were also amazing and super professional. From the scheduling, price, communication, cleanliness, installation, and attention to detail everything was done at 100%. The best A/C Company ever!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! I needed to replace my A/C in May 2020 in middle of the pandemic. Nigel showed up with the pressed white shirt with long pants despite of the outside heat. So professional. He made sure he had a mask on, gloves and even shoe covers to enter my place for the first assessment. He knew I needed the new A/C right away, so he already had maintenance job elsewhere next day, but he reschedule that so he could accommodate me instead! Nigel and his team came next day made sure to cover the surrounding area to keep it clean and my A/C was set perfectly. And this is what makes him great. Sometime last year, I just needed to change the capacitor as it went bad. I tried to find the capacitor, but type of capacitor I needed was not found quickly enough. I thought maybe I can purchase it going to Ask for Cool Air directly not knowing they were closed on Saturday. Nigel answered my call regardless and he was in the barber shop getting his hair cut. But he told me he could check in his office after his hair cut and he came to my place shortly after to give me the capacitor on his day off!! And today, I needed to call them again because I have issue with clogged up drain line. I called last night and he was here already this morning to help me. So you see why he is great. Because HE CARES!!!! He cares your problem as if it is his or his family and friends. And he and his staff are so professional! The receptionist Jasmin is so nice and pleasant every time I call the company. I hope anyone who need A/C service will find Nigel and this company because they are the best!!! Thank you so much Nigel!!!!

Great service, i received the information I needed to make the best choice on the unit that best fits my needs.

Nigel and his team are very easy to work with, communicative, and responsive when I had a question or issue. Their work is very professional, taking care not to damage my home in the process, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. A minor issue from the install (not their fault) was addressed in a timely fashion as well. I recommend Ask for Cool as a quality contractor and would not hesitate to use them again myself, although I probably won't need to anytime soon as they did an excellent job with my new AC install so it should last a long time.

Nigel is the best in the business. Few guys will ever match his attention to detail and thoroughness. He really cares about his customers. We’ve been receptive of his work for the past four years. I would highly recommend him and the team.
