I would give Air Control even more stars! From the beginning, their price was the best for a new A/C and in the years after, I could not be more pleased. Very professional, prompt, same day service and an extremely thorough maintenance check. My highest recommendation for Air Control!!

I have been with Air Control for several years and I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. They are a First Class Operation, Honest, and Very Responsive to the customers needs. They offer Quality equipment and Excellent Service at a Fair and Competitive Price. We just replaced our old 19 year old unit with a 16 SEER Goodman Heat pump and they did an excellent job.

These people came right out. They did excellent work and was able to repair the problem and had my a/c working before 9am. They were not one of the 5 places that I called after hours looking for service. I will use them again for any service issues.

My air stopped 11 o'clock at night so I went to the phone book and called 4 companies that were not available or did not answer. I was almost going to give up before I called Air Control. To my surprise I was talking to a live person. They took my info and said the after hours tech would call back within 30 min. Within 1 min he called and said he would be right there. After 30 min he was at my doorstep and immediately went to work. He found a stick in the outdoor fan and removed it which solved the problem. He could have stopped there but he continued to check over the system for any other potential problems. After 30 min he determined it was in good working order. Within 1 hour of my a/c going down Air Control had it going again. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. The best part was that it only cost me a diagnostic fee of $69.95. I would have expected more for a midnight service call. I would recommend Air Control to everyone.

We called Air Control Heating and Cooling for a 2nd opinion after we had another company tell us we needed more than $1,000 worth of work done. Air Control came and replaced a capacitor and told us all we needed was a new filter and the bill was less than $200 and we signed up for the maintenance plan. I highly recommend to anyone, very professional service that you can trust.

ven one star is too much for this company. I asked them to look at my AC outdoor unit since it was not functioning properly. I am an AC tech/ business owner as well in another state so I knew what the problem is and how much would it cost. may be $20 for part and 30 min to replace it. I received $243 bill. I sent an email explaining why I think this bill is too much. They didn't have anything to argue, They were just rude on the phone rather and bulling pushing just the payment. A few months later I got a call from somebody from state of IL. the person on he phone did not announced himself and started harassing me to pay the bill or he will ruin my credit score. And he hung up the phone in my face. I thought first they hired mafia in IL for the payment. I looked at the caller ID on internet and turned out a debt collector who was reported many times to Better Business Bureau® due to harassments

Don't use this company at all. They charge you 3 times more and bully you to pay.

Air Control has been my “go to” HVAC heating and cooling company for many years. As a Property Manager, I don’t know what I’d do without them. Every time I call on them, they are reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. They have a top notch crew of technicians and a great team running their office. I rely on their expert advice and they have educated me about a thing or two. Thanks for everything you do!!

I have only needed their services once, but thank God I called them. After having a technician from the competition come out spend 2 minutes to tell me that we needed a new unit, a friend recommended that I call Tim at Air Control. After speaking with Tim and explaining what was going on he dispatched Curt. Curt arrived in a very timely manner and after me filling him in on the details he went to work. It turned out that I did not need a new unit after all. An inexpensive part and a service call was all it cost me and it's still doing great today. Thank you Air control, Tim and Curt for keeping me cool! You guys rock!!!!
