Absolutely amazing people! Everyone was so helpful. Totally ran into Jessica by chance... so sweet! She told me what they could offer and Absolutely made it work. Our AC went out and we have a service contract with a different group... to much red tape for this weather so I made an executive decision and I am sooo glad I did! We have now cooled off and our fur baby is extremely happy!!! If you are having AC issues... PLEASE give them a call. The installers were very professional and worked hard... AND they cleaned up behind themselves!!! VERY HAPPY with our outcome 😀 😊 ☺️

I called And Services because our AC was not cooling down the house efficiently. Bailey came the very next day and the inspection was totally free!! Bailey was so professional, courteous and thorough. He diagnosed the problem, took video and explained it. We had the option of having a new system put in the next day. He even gave us three options with payment plans AND was willing to come back to my house in the evening to answer any questions.

Bailey Prince showed up on a Holiday Weekend when our AC unit quit because of a power outage! He knew exactly what to look for and replaced all parts needed and gave us a fair price! I will definitely choose this company again because they charge ZERO DOLLARS for the service call fee! They also have a membership to save even more. I have used them for multiple things in my condo. Most recently I needed a new AC unit. I live in another state and Jairit was absolutely awesome and accommodating. We were able to get everything done and taken care of over the phone. I went last weekend and could immediately tell a difference with the new system they installed! I would use this company again and twice on Sunday!

Jairit was AMAZING! He made the sale so smooth and made me confident in my purchase. He took the time to make sure to talk to me and my husband on different days! After we agreed on our offer ( I MEAN WAYYY CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER QUOTES WE GOT) he left us a portable AC unit until ours was installed! Our AC was installed within two days. We called on Saturday and it was installed by Monday!!! He was so amazing and kept in touch along the way. Make sure you ask for Jairit😊

Service was great and performed flawlessly by 2 team members. They had a great deal of knowledge about how the system was to be installed. Andy , the sales representative for AND services was great to deal with. He mad the deal seamless. They showed up on time and wore shoe covers and put down protective floor covers. New to the area and my AC was leaking water. Did some research and read great reviews about AND Services. Made the call that night and by the next day I had the pleasure of meeting Jairit. He loved on my frenchie that’s hands up for me. Took the time to explain everything and the breakdown. He was very polite and and kind and personable .
