Home Depot contracted And to install our tankless water heater. It cost 2 mortgage payments to do so and they left it leaking. When we tried to get them back to fix the leak, they were no call/no show twice. When they finally showed up, Nathan was a condescending and still left it leaking. Now they refuse to take my calls nor return my calls. This company does not deserve a contract with a major corporation. Unbelievably, the inspector did not catch the leak either. Incompetence is what consumers are supposed to expect from their hard earned money? Unacceptable!

They definitely help me with my plumbing issue, so I definitely appreciate it. And it was good to feel the good energy from them when they came to help me.

I ended up working with them because I contacted Home Depot to get a new hot water heater (due to our homeowners insurance requiring this). AND Services is who the work was contracted to.

Today marks the 6th time I have stayed home from work to deal with something AND Services related. The first time, they no-showed on our appointment. After I called to tell them I would be using someone else, they begged to give them one more shot. Shame on me for agreeing, but I did. They showed up, quoted me on a new hot water heater and said it would be installed the next Friday. Never heard from them to confirm the Friday appointment, so I called on Thursday. They said they would call first thing Friday morning to tell me what time. Guess what, no call. I called them and they said "sorry, our guy is out sick!" After telling them this was unacceptable, they finally found someone to come do the job and at 3PM Friday, he showed up. They did the job and told me they would schedule the city to come inspect it. The day they said it would be inspected, they no-showed again (time 3 I had to stay home for them). A few days later, they came with the inspector and it turned out it wasn't installed properly, so I had to have another person come (time 4 I stayed home) to fix this issue and then would have to come back and re-inspect. So, the guy came and fixed it and then a week later the inspector came again (time 5). Finally, I was DONE with AND Services. Well, they called me a couple of weeks ago and offered me a free maintenance check on the installation they did. Like an idiot, I agreed. So today (time 6 stayed home) The guy shows up and asks me where the AC Unit they installed was. Ummmm, they didn't do our HVAC work. So once again, I wasted my time on AND Services. Oh and here's another thing...I found out they overcharged me for my installation and purchase of the hot water heater, but again, my fault for not doing enough research. I would NEVER recommend this company. Yes, there are things I could have and should have done differently and better, but this company is the absolute least reliable company I have ever worked with and totally unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This guy arrives on time and does an excellent job with respect for the customers most importantly he doesn't leave any stains behind.

The guy was nice and professional but didn't know what the problem was he was guessing ....had the service done that was advised and that wasn't them problem....he didn't go in the attic ....2 hours after he left had the same problem.......found out the problem was the flow switch 😔😔😔😔 I need my money back .

Very happy with this company and their fast response time. Professionals with solid skills responded both times we called -- once for air conditioning and once for plumbing. Very cordial plumber and AC guys -- will definitely use them again. They came out same day -- such a relief to have repairs made ASAP!! :)

These guys are not very honest. They mislead you about your system purchase and sell you stuff (e.g., thermostat) you don't need. Their installation work is second-rate and they act like there's nothing they do about it. Bad experience from the start.
