Good quality & professional service. Power surge damaged a part on AC and we had our AC running again in less then one hour after they showed up. We have total comfort maintenance plan and this visit did not cost us anything!

Mike went above and beyond the call of Duty and even though I work with him he still acted as a professional at my home. He is a hard worker and remains professional at all times! So grateful to have him as a coworker and friend. BARINEAU IS TOP NOTCH- THE BEST!

Guy was rude. We had recently had a new thermostat put in by Barineau and Sons. I mistakenly called Barineaus to check our unit because the heater was running cold air. Barineau said we would have to replace our whole unit because nobody made parts for our unit anymore. Well, I called Barineau and Sons, they had the parts to fix it and the unit works great.

They damaged part of my wood flooring and the door casing of a few doors near the air handler access in the hallway. They also left a lot of black scuff marks in multiple areas in the hallway - on the ceiling, walls, and closet door. I had to repaint several areas after they left. Aside from that, they were fine to work with.

Edit: the owner responded to my review that they would be in touch to follow up with me directly. This was over 1 month ago and I have not heard anything, there has been no follow up as they indicated they would do.
