Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning

Today's service was done well. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, performed his service and called to talk to me when he found something he thought I wanted to know. He was polite and professional. That is the very best I could expect.

We love Benson's. The office team and technicians are always professional and a pleasure to work with. Managing over 750 properties , we are always needing some type of HVAC work and Benson's is always there to save the day.. The Rent With Integrity Team can say without a doubt , your expectations will be met every time.

I paid $400 for nothing. I was told my coil needed to be cleaned and the mildew scent would leave and my air would feel better. A few days later the smell returned and the air in my rooms are still not working. I was told if they come back out I might have to pay another diagnostic fee. I would not recommend.

Jeremiah was very courteous and careful while inside the house. He explained everything he accomplished during his visit in terms I could understand. I have used Benson's for the past 30 years and will continue to rely on them for their outstanding service.

The best brains and service
Incredibly knowledgeable. Pleasant and professional. Emonte paid attention to every detail, told us what he and his terrific boss were doing every step of the way. He was sure to take care of every detail before they left, such as taking all waste with them, closing all attic doors and lights, and mentioning all the extra little things thay had done. We are very appreciative.

Josh was our tech today and he was absolutely the best! We will definitely be using Benson's again and specifically asking for Josh. He really took the time to explain everything and was very thorough in his work. :-)

The techs were thorough, however after they left we found one unit not working. When I called for after hours service I was told you do not do this for commercial business. This is unacceptable since our business is open evenings. We had several customers leave do to no AC. If this cannot be resolved we may need to change to a company that will give us the service we need.
