Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a great experience working with Benson's when having a new unit installed at our rental house! Response times were quick, their representatives were very professional, and the prices were reasonable. They have made a lifetime customer out of us and I refer them to anyone I can!

Although both technicians seemed well informed, neither was able to suggest a resolution to problem I was having.
I was unable to stay in my bed room because I developed itching in my eyes, and numbness in my fingers, mouth,, and nose. The same occurred in my family room, but only periodically

. The only advice the tech has was to do a total replacement of the duçt system--to the tune of $8000.00--!
The.second tech did an OK job,though he ommited reapplying the rope which allows access to attic via a pulldown door in the garage. My housekeeper and I figured out a way to lessen problem by closing if cool air fans coming. In to these areas. Note I said LESSEN.

My family has been using Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning for over a decade. When they mess up, they make it right. Fantastic customer service, terrific technical service, superior installation, excellent management. It doesn't get any better in Leon County and surrounding areas than Benson's. You can take that to the bank.

I've been a Benson's customer for many years. Never have I been anything but impressed with the quality of work, timeliness and professionalism. My technician, Justin, was superb! Diagnosed and repaired a malfunctioning heat pump on the spot. I called Monday morning, Benson's had me up and running by 5:00.
Also, get on the service program, 2 inspections a year for a reasonable fee. Could save you a lot of trouble down the road.

The technician Scott Glass went above and beyond to help repair my AC and install a difficult to find part within 48 hours. It was a delay due to supply chain and Scott kept me informed throughout the process. He was detailed oriented and professional. I have a Silver maintenance plan and I highly recommend it..

We purchased our unit from Bensons and purchased the maintenance contract. We have had more problems with this unit than any other units we owned that lasted for 15+ yrs. We just had the unit serviced under our maintenance contract and now its Saturday morning. Went to bed at 72 and woke up to 78 and climbing., with the high temp today at 99. Cannot expect service until Sunday and there will be a charge even with the maintenance contract since its the weekend. I'm very disappointed in this company, not top notch like I expected. Buyer beware, I would not recommend this company.

Thoroughly professional. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the service Benson’s has always given us. We love their monthly maintenance program. The technician who serviced our unit recently was a nice friendly young man and did an outstanding job.

My regularly scheduled service was done yesterday. Everything went smoothly, on time, call before arriving to let me know they were coming, everything done thoroughly and professionally.
Since purchasing a unit from Benson's and their service plan for both units, I have one less thing to worry about.
And that is a relief and a good thing.
