Great company! For years they maintained my older unit, doing a great job with honest repairs and fair pricing. Last month they did a complete remove/replacement, installing a new Ruud system in my home. The installation was perfect, they showed a lot of attention to detail, going above and beyond to not only make it functional, but impressive to look at. Joe loves his work and his customers and it really shows. We would not trust anybody else with our AC/Heat system. Highly recommended.

Precision Air was amazing. AC was not cooling properly. They came the day and time they said they would. They said they would text me beforehand to tell me when they would arrive. And they did. They assessed my problem quickly and had my AC cooling properly in a short amount of time. I also needed a filter for the unit. They said they would be back in a few hours with the filter. They came back again when they said they would and replaced the filter! I call that honest, reliable and a business with integrity. I highly recommend Precision Air. Joe and Rob are awesome. They replaced my compressor and added the correct amount of freon that the previous AC service company had never done correctly. My AC now works 100% better and is super efficient. They are honest and very thorough. I highly recommend them!

I met Joe while he was installing a new a/c system for my neighbors. (you can see Eric's review above). I needed someone to finish installing, charge and test a mini-split system. Joe was happy to assist me and was tremendously professional, even giving me tips to save money! Joe was so thorough that he called the tech support line of the distributor and confirmed all the temperature and pressure reading were within specs.
I would recommend Precision Air and the Shearers to anyone without hesitation (and already have to several other neighbors) and am planning on utilizing them when it's time to replace our old central a/c unit.

I blew a fuse upgrading my thermostat and needed someone to come out and get my AC working again. Joe came out and fixed the problem, but he also gave me a bunch of useful advice on maintaining the rest of my system, and he left things better than they were when he found them. He's friendly and great to work with. He never made me feel as embarrassed as I should be for turning off the wrong breaker ("ac" instead of "heat") during my thermostat replacement! I'm thankful for great work and great business.
