So far so good on the initial visit Richard Dipesa of Tallahassee Air Conditioning & Electrical arrived earlier than my appointment time, which was great! He took his time and THOROUGHLY checked every partof my system while explaining everything to me. He was simply awesome! I was particularly impressed with the use of technology to find a leak in my system. He injected fluorescent dye into the line and said if there's a leak we'll find it when I return in 48 hours. By far, this company had done the best job that any other service (4 total) has done! I would recommend this company to anyone. Whomever I spoke with initially told me they were sending their best man and they did! I'll give the 5th star and an update when they are finished!
Had AC repairman Ryan Houston respond to my home. He took the time to find the problem and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I am often suspicious of repairmen because of the “ripoffs”. But Ryan gave me a different view of honesty. Thanks for sending him my way. God bless you!
Definitely recommend this company. We had scott Oliver come out and do our ac maintenance. He was on time and very respectful. He was able to answer all of our questions and made me feel as if he listened. he didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and for that I was thankful!
I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I was already having an absolutely terrible week when my AC decided to get clogged and leak into my guest bedroom. I called Tallahassee A/C and spoke with a very pleasant representative. She was able to get a tech out to my home within the hour. George Dunn responded to my residence and had the problem fixed in no time. He was incredibly polite, very knowledgable and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!
I got to know about Cindy through a friend. My AC was giving me so much problems and I was really considering packing it up. They came and quite promptly too and I just feel like I have a new Air conditioning system right now. They are really good at what they do, this company. I recommend 100%.
HORRIBLE experience with this company!!!! Was assigned to them through my home warranty company on yesterday. They did not answer the phone at the number provided (after multiple attempts) and did not return calls although their voicemail stated that they return calls in 15 - 20 minutes; Technician showed up after the 3 hr window I was given with NO equipment to complete the job, requested a $75 service fee, and then told me he would have to come the following day—woooowww!!!; The following day (today), he did not show up and did not answer his phone; I called my warranty company to have them contact James (owner/or whoever confirmed the appointment) at the Google number I found (which he answers) and was told that the technician would not be able to make the appointment they had scheduled for today and they did not have my number to call me (not an acceptable excuse); James then tried to reschedule for tomorrow (as if I have nothing else to do but wait on them). I called James back directly to ensure that he had my phone number to let me know if they would not be able to show up (again) and he expressed his frustration with ME about receiving multiple calls from the home warranty company on my behalf and about me calling the Google number which costs him every time I call—Really, Sir??!!! I explained that everything about this situation was unprofessional and I am the one who should be upset. He said he did not want to deal with me anymore and I explained that the feeling is definitely mutual!!! I called my warranty company to have them switch me to another, more professional, company!...I am soooo disappointed!!
Ryan Houston may be young but he is a brilliant AC repair man. He found and fixed a problem that four previous technicians had not fixed. After 15 nights without AC we will be able to sleep tonight. I am past being pleased I am estactic!!!!
Finally, A company that listens to your needs. My A.C. was down for 13 days waiting for 2 other companies to finish there repairs. I reached out to jimmy. At 5 pm yesterday. We had cold air by 7pm last night. Leremy, the tech was very attentive and listened to our concerns. This lead to his experienced touch solving the problem in short order. Thanks guys, Troy
Air went out late in the day and Tallahassee Air Conditioning came out and, since the heat pump was pretty much dead, went back to his office and got a loaner AC unit for us to use. They did a great job explaining the best replacement unit options and costs and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
Our air conditioning went out on the Fourth of July holiday weekend. They were quick to answer the phone, send someone out, and help us get the air conditioning working again. We are very appreciative of their speedy and friendly service as living in Florida in July with a young baby and no air conditioning is not any fun. Thank you Tallahassee A/C & Electrical!
