Once again I was very pleased with the work done by Carlos at Air Masters. He was very thorough in his analysis; explained and showed me the work he was doing and the results he was finding.
He offered sound logical counsel on options to help me with decisions we are considering. He was thorough in his work, respectful of our home and property, and took time to review my questions and requests, explain his answers, but didn’t waste unnecessary time just chatting.
I’ve renewed my maintenance agreement and have already referred Air Masters to a neighbor who asked about their truck outside. I will continue to rely on them for any AC requirements.

Probably the two best measures of customer service are the returning customer and the customer that refers to family. I have been a happy customer of Air Masters for several years - through 3 installs and many years of maintenance. I have also recommended them for my mother's installation and several of my neighbors, all of which were also successful engagements.
I have been most impressed with their honesty and follow through in their work and commitments. Their office employees and AC mechanics have always been courteous and professional and left me feeling comfortable and confident with their work.
I am extremely pleased with this company. They have been service providers for my home for years. Their staff is very professional and are good at what they do. Kudos to CJ who does a great job in servicing the AC. Their maintenance department is also very good and are timely with their maintenance reminders. Thumbs up to one of the representatives, Olivia for her professionalism and caring. Would highly recommend.
They are very good with their appointment schedule. They give you a reasonable window (2 hours). Alert you if running behind. CJ has been our technician on several visits. He always remembers, plus this past visit was a routine maintenance appointment. He went out of his way to answer our questions and concerns. Very personable too!
In 2019, Air Masters was contracted by my GC to install 2 2.5ton units. Permit was submitted for 2 2.5 Ton units. Upon installation, it was noticed that 2 2.0 Ton units were installed. Upon questioning the GC and Air Masters, they assured me that 2 2.0's were acceptable. But the original energy calculations performed and certified by Air Masters shows each unit needing to output 28.8 BTU's (which calls for a 2.5 unit). Upon questioning the GC and Air Masters, I was told "we can make the report fit the 2.0's". Wait a minute, that's not how it works. You do not fudge the test questions to fit the answer. A second energy calculation was performed and by gosh, the calcs came down to a 2.0 unit. I asked what was the difference between the two calculations and no one could give me a solid or honest answer. At the time of this note, I have called and e-mailed Air Masters for 5 months and have not received a call back explaining how the calculations now support 2 2.0 units. I am 100% ok if the house only needs the 2.0 version, what I am upset with is the customer service of ignoring your customer and clearly explaining how the formulas from one Calculation goes from X to Y. And that is why I give them a 1 star. Poor communication.
Completely misdiagnosed the problem multiple times, I finally insisted on a supervisor going out after I'd already spent thousands on labor to replace multiple parts and now I still have a leak in the system then never found until the fifth trip. Look elsewhere for your HVAC service, at this rate the entire five year old refrigerant system will have been replaced due to their incompetence.
This company was very useful to helping me get a new unit installed. They gave me a better quote than any other place I called. Service was fantastic! I was on the phone with Jennifer I think, but she really helped me in quoting a great price. Super respectful and really helpful. Love this company would recommend to anyone I know.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you do, BE SURE TO RECORD ALL CALLS WITH THEM!! My Trane unit is under warranty, so they were called to fix an issue. They charged me to assess it, which is fine obviously. However, during the initial assessment, I was being charged 1.5 hours when the guy was there for 20 minutes... I called to dispute the charges, and they reduced them saying "it was a technician error." (went from $280 to $120). The tech said he had to charge me for driving from the last job to my house... That should have been the first red flag.
After the assessment, they called me ask to approve "the maximum amount of $723 to replace the broken part(a small valve that was $35 under warranty), but I was told it will most likely be less!" Additionally, I was told "I would NOT be charged for the technician's drive time to pick up parts nor driving to my house."
At the end of my warranty fix, they were ready to charge me that 'maximum amount' of $723 despite the fact they were done an hour earlier than expected... The manager, Jenny, claimed she never told me any of that in quotes above (thus why I suggest getting everything recorded since they do all their invoices by phone.. shady). Her supervisor, I can't remember her name, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm in the real estate industry and know how to handle myself. She just spoke over me and would not listen. I ended up paying, and sure hope this experience doesn't happen to anyone else! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, OR AT LEAST RECORD ALL CALLS WITH THEM! ALSO, BE SURE TO DOCUMENT THE EXACT TIME THE TECH ARRIVES AND IS DONE!
Robert at Air Masters provided excellent service and took personal responsibility that the new AC system was installed and operated to our satisfaction. Robert was very professional and did a quality job with everything from communicating to scheduling to minimizing disruption that is involved with installing a new AC. We were also very impressed by Robert's leadership skills and teamwork with his crew. He went above and beyond what we expected. I wholeheartedly recommend Air Masters based on the performance we experienced with Robert.
