Shawn showed up real quickly when our AC was out for a couple days. He was recommended from a friend and he was able to fit us in when he found out we were without A/C for a couple days. When he came out he was able to get us up and running pretty quickly. He was extremely thorough with his service and repair. Another thing that really made us feel comfortable with him was that he explained exactly what he was doing and was patient with our million of questions. He showed a lot of compassion and patience. Would totally recommend him to anyone.

The service technician Shawn was prompt ,honest and efficient. He said he would be available before 1:pm and he arrived at my home at 12:10. Immediately he diagnosed the problem and assured me that the problem would be resolved.I will definitely recommend this company to my family,friends and neighbors. Job well done.

Shawn and Ebony are amazing! They kept me up to date through the process and even when the part did not show up when it was supposed to they still called me and let me know. Once the part came in Shawn came out on 4th of July weekend and still got it fixed for me. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area.

Great experience with Cool with Empire! Mr. Shawn Nimoh arrived early for the appointment and was very professional! He was very detail oriented and drove across the city on a weekend to get the correct part to fix the A/C system. After getting the part, he fixed the issue in about an hour! Amazing service! I called 1-800 number and spoke with a person regarding AC being out in 95F weather, I was told the technician will contact me shortly. I happened to have Shawn's direct number as he was recommended by one of my neighbors, he answered the phone right away, I explained what the issue was and mentioned that I contacted the main office, Shawn asked me to give him 5 minutes to see if another technician is able to come to me, and he called in a few minutes saying that someone is headed my way. I didn't have to give my name or my address, he was super quick, professional and eager to help. I got a text with a name of a tech that was on the way and his ETA. In just a little bit the technician called and let me know the exact time of his arrival. When Joshua came he was super professional, came in and immediately put on shoe covers which I appreciate a lot as we do not wear shoes around the house, this is very huge when you see other service professionals not even bother and head straight in. He explained every single thing on the way, went over prices for current services, explained what possible services we should get in the future, how often we need the maintanance and solved my AC issue. Best service hands down! Not to mention they were able to come within an hour on the day before the holiday so my family didn't have to be struggling on the 4th of July.

Shawn came not only on Father’s Day to help with my AC unit but came as soon as he got the call. I’ve never had service as quick as these guys and Shawn himself.
