All I can really say is Shawn came out and did his thing. Was in a mood not having A/C for several days but he was able to alleviate my issues and concerns with the quickness. 10/10 would recommend and I appreciate you getting my A/C back up and running.

Shawn is just amazing and extremely thorough with his work. So knowledgeable and professionalism overall is spectacular! I definitely will be using his services for all my future service calls. He definitely has a returning customer that's for sure.

Best and most honest Ac repair company I cane accross for my business. Had 3 Ac companies came and see my system and told me that I have to replace my entire Ac unit that is in good condition because it is hard to find the part or freon for it as it gets expensive.
Most of them where quoting tones of money but when Shawn came, he basically told me that I am low on Freon and had the Freon with him .Once he put the Freon every was working perfectly fine and back to normal.
Thank God I came across this company.
Lots of companies out there don’t care about you or your financial and just want tell you lots of crazy things to convince you in buying a new equipment you don’t even need anytime soon.
I will keep using them for my Ac maintenance and all ac related works.

I called four A/C companies nearest to my location. Empire was the first to respond. They committed to having someone on-site at noon (3 hours), which they did. Shawn N. was the person who showed up. Having been in field service myself for 25 years, I was impressed with Shawn's knowledge, professionalism, and customer skills. His truck was well organized and fully equipped. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found a coil leak in the air handler. He replaced the coil the following morning. The communication from the office was great and I was always kept in the loop. Overall a great experience. A BIG THANKS to Shawn and his teamates at Empire! With a big freeze coming this Christmas weekend, my elderly mom will be nice and warm.

The technicians were great. The saved our school so much money on repair. Everything that was wrong was explained in detailed and also a visual was shown to see the problem. I would highly recommend!

Shawn and Quan are awesome! We bought a fixer upper this past year and have had a couple issues with our AC unit. Each time, Shawn has been super responsive (24/7 is a true statement). We don’t have to wait around for hours either, they work around our schedule and show up at the agreed upon time. Never late. Both are very professional too! Highly recommend Empire to all our friends and family.
