This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered. They are so professional and great with communication. I knew exactly when they would arrive for services and they gave me a descriptive invoice with all service and parts explained. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for future HVAC issues! Overall 10 out of 10 for this company!

I was able to understand the needs of my air conditioner. He is friendly and Super honest and very knowledgeable.

Air Express is amazing!! The service technician, Russell was awesome! I love that they used technology to keep me updated every step of the way. And Russell explained and documented everything that was done for the AC maintenance. One of the best experiences that I ever had with a HVAC company! Zach Rogalski was the tech for our most recent AC service and did a great job. He is very professional, taking time to explain everything he was testing for as well as recommendations for our system. He was very personable and polite throughout the visit.

The service technician, Zach, was amazing! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions. He explained everything down to the price. He followed all COVID protocol-mask, shoe booties, etc… I would recommend Zach and Air express to everyone!

We’ve been customers for several years at multiple residential locations. The service has always been above and beyond expectations. They are always on time, knowledgeable, and do a quality job. We have never had issues with services ranging from installs, repairs, and maintenance. Air Express has actually caught many issues for us ahead of time, preventing any big issues from arising in the first place. Excellent company!

Our system was a disaster when we bought our house to say the least. We solicited for several quotes to replace our system. Some other companies were not willing to take the job on. Adam at air express spent a significant amount of time coming up with a plan to improve the quality and efficiency of our HVAC. It took 4 workers 3 days for the job. While the team was in our house they took great care to be respectful of our home. They were gentlemen and professionals. They were courteous with our family and belongings. The team exceeded our expectations!! Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Today was my system check day and Zach came out to look it over. He check both the compressor and the air handler. This wasn't just a look and run check up he did a very thorough job. Really impressed with this team the embrace technology they kept me in the loop and I'm very happy with the service provided by the entire air express team and Zack especially.

I had an exceptional experience with Air Express and it`s tech. Adam Washburn. The outside unit of our 15 year old A/C stopped working this weekend. However, I turned it on this morning and it worked again. I asked Adam come in anyway to do a wellness check on the system and give me an estimate of a replacement.
Adam came in performed some measurements and told me it was working hard but, as old as it was it was still working. Then he opened a panel and found the cause of this weekend's failure, a rat had shorted out a capacitor. Adam removed and bagged the rat, closed up the system, and recommended I give it week to see if it continued to work. We talked about replacing my obsolete A/C but, no high pressure sales for the new unit. I give Air Express and Adam 5 stars and I`ll call him when I'm ready to install a new system. Great job Adam! You will be hearing from me.
