Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning

I needed an emergency repair and Ewing & Ewing was there to help after hours. They did what they promised, got the parts needed and installed the very next day. They get 5 out of 5 star rating on all areas. Customer service was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've lived in SFlo for many years and originally used several other HVAC companies. Ewing & Ewing is absolutely the best of the best. The owner and all employees are extremely responsive, prompt, respectful and efficient. Chris, one of the supervisors, even gave me his personal phone number after a repair in case I had further problems after hours. I trust Ewing & Ewing with all of my HVAC needs and would recommend them without hesitation.

I initially used Ewing and Ewing to service my ancient AC system. They kept it going longer than I ever thought possible. When it finally gave up, Ewing and Ewing responded in less than an hour. We then had to put in a new system which was a painless procedure. They were 100% accomodating to the crazy schedule I had.

After being told by a different AC company that our system needed to be replaced immediately, you were able to repair everything at a fraction of the cost. Thank you for your honesty and customer service. When the time actually comes for a new system, your company has our complete trust. We have already recommended you to several neighbors. Ewing was recommended to me by a coworker.
I must say I am pleased he told me about them.
They did everything promised in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves.
Chris was my service tech and Anthony was my sales rep.

My old 14 year old a/h unit was about dead and they gave me a fair price on a new unit.
I would suggest you get a service contract.
They do not try to sell you new equipment unless it is needed, unlike some places.

I am the third person at work who uses them and they have old time customer service.

The gentleman Luke Halle who came to maintenance my A/C unit was
very professional and took his time to insure every thing was cleaned
properly. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

The office staff and the service technicians are very professional and polite. The service technicians are very honest with me on what is actually wrong with my A/C. They do what they can to fix the issue instead of coming out to sell me a new A/C. I will always use Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning. They are the BEST!

I have been a customer for 5 years and very satisfied with the outstanding service they provide. The company installed a new unit and it is highly efficient and works well. I maintain a contract and they check the unit twice a year to ensure it continues to run properly.
