It is very rare today to find a business that offers Professional and Friendly service! Lowen sent Alberto and Joe to my home and I am now a very happy and more comfortable person! They worked together to replace the unit and accomplished it very quickly. They respected my home and left NO MESS for me to clean up!!! I would recommend this company to anyone who values Great Work and Great Workmen! Thank you!

Wow, what superb service! We noticed a leak in our AC system and water was damaging our hardwood floors. I phoned and explained the situation and the staff actually sent someone over within the hour to service our AC system. Everyone I have spoken with at LOWEN AC has been very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend a better company to work with, I am very impressed and happy to have found them and highly recommend them!!! Thank you for being a company me and my family can trust!

We had Lowen AC replace two AC units for us recently, and we were delighted with their responsiveness and attention to detail. Excellent workmanship and very pleasant personnel.

My experience with this company was AWESOME. I was referred by word of mouth to other companies, who were not able to commit to a service time and I was without air over the weekend. I searched on line and now know why the are rated so high. A wonderful caring lady knew my concern right away and the owner himself came out to check my unit. After hearing horror stories about air conditioner companies I was anticipating the worse. Mr. Lowen checked my unit and discovered it wasn't my unit at all. It was the FPL box attached to it that was defective and caused a shut down on my AC. He fixed it right away and I had air immediately. In addition, thanks to his expertise, I have contacted FLP and they are going to reimburse me the well deserved fee I paid to Lowen Air Conditioning, Inc. I will not go anywhere else. If you need Air Conditioning service etc., this is the company to contact.

Please be forewarned that if you purchase a Trane Air conditioning unit from this supplier, your labor warranty runs out on the exact day of the 1 year anniversary. This 4 ton AC was purchased in late October 2017 and the coil broke down Dec. , 2018! Five weeks later!!!! You would think that a company that you have been doing business with both at my residence and my business would be willing to keep a good customer by extending the labor warranty for that 5 week period. But the problem with companies today are they too busy to care. I paid over $5000 for this unit and had problems with the drainage once it was installed. They charged me over $600 for cleaning out the drain and then once again came out installing a pump to drain what they say was accumulating more moisture than my drain could handle. This reasoning really stumped me because I also run a De-humidifier which collects enormous amounts of moisture everyday! Funny, that this did not happen with my old unit, AT ALL. Since I had this NEW One year old ac, it has been nothing but problems. I would seek out another company that may not be so big that it really does not matter if they lose a customer. I would also stay away from a Trane AC.

A Friend of Mine, who lives in Palm Beach County, was having difficulty obtaining Competent Trane AC Repair Service from the Trane Dealer who originally installed it and with whom she had a Long Term Service Agreement. She struggled for 3 years with the other Trane Dealer not even showing up on scheduled dates & often having to wait weeks for anybody to come at all. As an AC&R Engineer myself, I can tell you that the other Trane Dealer is Grossly Incompetent.
Finally, she called the PROFESSIONALS at Lowen.
They sent a Tech (“Joel”) out the very same day. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem that was disabling her 5 Ton Trane HVAC and he ordered the parts. Joel returned a few days later and did a very professional repair job.
I am not very free with complements, but JOEL & LOWEN deserve high praise for their competent service (which is becoming in ever short supply these days).

Promptly returned my call today (Saturday). Arrived on schedule. Mark ran diagnostics on the unit and fixed the problem. Professional, courteous, and honest.
I've been dealing with another A/C company for a while and their only interest was to sell me a service contract . No more.
The emergency rate was cheaper by far than I expected.
I'll be using this company from now on.
