I got home from working the other day, and as soon as i walked in the door i knew something was wrong with the AC.

I asked my neighbors who they use, and they highly recommended Native Air Conditioning. I called at about 4:30 p.m. the owner himself, Ryan, answered the phone. He said he would have the technician, Kevin out within the hour. I was sent a very professional text message of the estimated arrival time, who was coming, and even a picture of the technician so I knew who he was.

Kevin showed up, was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem in about 20 minutes, told me what was wrong, how he could fix it, amd exactly what the repair would cost. I really appreciated he didn't try to sell me a new unit, or things i didn't need. Just exactly what i needed to have cold air.

Once the unit was back up and running, Kevin checked out the entire system, inside and out to see if there were any other issues. The only problem he found was the drain was that I needed a new filter which he installed free of charge!

Native Air Conditioning is an amazing, professional company that can handle any task on your HVAC. Ryan and his crew get the job done and done right with no nonsense. They installed all new HVAC system and all new ducts and returns. Work was impeccable, was done on-time, and for the price we agreed. Service in the last two years has been perfect. The company is always there to stand behind their work.

It says it even more when they went out late at night to address an unrelated issue that tripped our HVAC while I was in the hospital and my wife was left with no air. Can’t find people like this anywhere, you won’t be sorry for choosing them!

I chased this problem for 5 years, threw a lot of money at it, then I trusted Ryan and and it's fixed. We had an obnoxious smell in our house from day one and never fully enjoyed it until now. Had many AC guys in my house and they never fixed the issue, just took our money. My system now runs twice as powerful and just runs right. I never do this, but I ended up going with the full service plan.... that's how much I trust and value their service.

It was a Saturday. Ryan answered his phone. Can't stress enough how important that is. When you have a problem that needs to be addressed right away, don't want to leave my number for a call back that might or might not come. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and thorough. Clogged drain line. THOROUGHLY cleaned the line!! I had just had someone out to clear it two weeks previously. The amount of algae he got out was incredible. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything with no sales pitch just facts. After he finished and left, about an hour later the ac shut off. I called him and again, he answered!! I told him it wasn't working and he came right back over. Another issue had arisen. He fixed that issue and was in no hurry to leave without making sure our air was working. This man spent several hours of his Saturday to make sure our AC was working properly. Thanks again Ryan!!!!
P.S. Ryan was also very good to wear a mask the whole time he was in our home!!

Adjusted the thermostat, and in the garage put additional insulation on expose piping to stop water dripping. Unfortunately, still dripping.

Ryan arrived on time , he was very professional and courteous!

Several other companies told us that we needed a new system installed @ $8,200 - $11,000. Ryan found that a faulty capacitor and dirty condenser coil was the only problem. He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! Native air conditioning will be getting all of our future business and several referrals to friends!

Kevin and Co installed a new AC unit. They did a fantastic job and the were in and out in a matter of hours. Kevin has a great attention to detail, and figured out our prior units issues in matter of minutes. Highly recommend

I have hired Native on both Residential & Commercial projects and there are two things that define this company: functional equipment & timely service.

I bought a new/used unit, Native was able to swap old parts before install and it has purred like a kitten since, always runs, always cold. Native installed a mini-split at a residential remodel, and the homeowners had the hardest time understanding how to operate the unit, what to expect, how to use the remote, etc. I think Native must have responded to service on that little unit 5 times merely to help the homeowner learn the equipment, any other company is sacking a homeowner with fees.

Very grateful for this company, for their knowledge of quality equipment, and good service right when you need it.

I called Native Air Conditioning to repair a leaking pipe on my roof. I called in the morning, and they had a technician out, taking care of the issue in a couple hours. Very happy with the service and will be using them again!
