Always a great service! Had AC issues until I met them, and they made it so much easier!

Can't say enough. Had an issue with my AC this week. Worse time to be without AC, but Kevin and his employees worked very hard to get it up and running. I feel he is reliable and very honest. I have had some unfortunate problems in the past with other companies. Glad I found someone I can count on. Very important. Thank you.

Chris and Kevin were both great. It took a little while to figure out what was wrong with the compressor, because it seemed like every time they came out (they made 4 calls to my house over 2 days), the AC was working. I have an old system and wasn't sure it was worth the money to repair it. I was somewhat resigned to having to purchase a whole new system. But Kevin figured it out and all seems well now. Persistence pays. Thank you Shoreline AC.

l rent my house and my A/C was on the fritz and the house was heating up quickly. I googled and saw they were local. Very personable on the phone and quick response. My tech was honest and fast- and the owner.
Luckily the problem was an inquisitive lizard... Who wasn't so lucky. Kevin didn't try to upsell- He fixed it- quickly. Fair and did I say HONEST?!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Like now. Call them. Really. You must be Hot if you're looking for Awesome AC people on GOOGLE.

The owner sounded belligerent, nasty and unprofessional on the phone, and then hung up on me because he seemingly did not want to believe or fathom that his favored employee would cut corners doing a routine service maintenance on my A.C. Other companies open the front panel of the AC, check the coils, the pan, the blue light, etc., check the temperature in the air handler, ( not done) and routinely clean the drain pipe without being asked to. etc, etc.etc. And the A.C. performance now is not the same or as good as it was before. It is now warm and stuffy between blower cycles, higher humidity, and was set properly before not to perform like this. Believe what you want and yes, I accept a refund for Inadequate service performance and Unacceptable behavior toward a customer.

We decided to go with Shoreline after having two separate estimates done to replace a large 5 ton, 12 seer, in attic air handler and compressor. Couldn't be happier with that decision. Both of the companies we opted not to go with told me that my attic stairs would need to be removed, one told me the job would take two days, and they were both significantly higher in price. Kevin, the genteleman I dealt with, removed the older unit and installed the new without having to remove my attic stairs, was in and out in under 6 hours, and actually cleaned up after himself (which I was fully expecting to have to do myself). I've had a few neighbors tell me some horror stories about replacing their units and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their service. Would highly recommend to friends or family and will definitely be calling them back in a couple of years to replace the second unit on the opposite side of the house.

This AC business is amazing! Not only do they respond to work calls at 8pm on a Saturday but they are coming out the next day! That’s a Sunday just Incase your wondering. I’m a business owner of a window cleaning company and being punctual, picking up phone calls is paramount to any business. Thank you Shoreline AC!!!

Both techs did a great job replacing ac unit taking care to clean up inside and out, explaining features of new unit and making sure all equipment was flush ,level and professionally installed.
