What could be worse then going to sleep on your birthday ,with plans of leaving the next day for the weekend ; Only to wake up in the middle of of the night with a broken AC Unit ? Thank goodness Billy with Integrity Refrigeration and A/C answered his phone mid morning on a Friday. After several unsuccessful attempts to the original company who placed the unit in the home. I assume that company does not answer calls on Fridays. I then decided to call the right company and I reached to Billy for help. Billy heard my urgent need and rearranged his schedule to personally come out to my home . I was already leaving the area and had friends and an elderly mother who could not go without air conditioning for any length of time. Billy and his team with Integrity Refrigeration and A/C are top notch when it comes to professionalism. The company system alerts you to confirm your appointment, then again when your clinician is on his or her way and then lastly when the job is complete. I received not only a very reasonable billing statement especially since this was an emergency call. But I also received pictures of the job being done step by step. To include the broken pieces, proof of accuracy, installation, and follow up to confirm the new device was working. Within an hour, BIlly had my air condition needs met. I was able to enjoy my birthday weekend knowing my family would be cool and safe inside while I was gone. I would trust this team to come back to my home or business any time. I also will refer Integrity Refrigeration and A/C to anyone who may need their services. Thank you again , Billy and team for a job well done.

What a great company. We called late in the afternoon when our AC system quit. The owner himself came out in an hour (around 5 when most are quitting for the day) he stayed til dark fixing our system. He was very professional and polite. We were even more pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the invoice was! The night before was horrible sleeping....not now, he waited and made sure the system was cooling at the correct temperature before he left. I made sure I got several of his business cards to pass out! Any more AC issues, I know who I'm calling!

My first experience with the Tech L Rivas was very professional and the communication was on point and respectful he explained the process and procedure he is going to use to determine the problem with the residential A /C he fixed it.

So far they have been excellent. Billy the owner is keeping us updated regularly in respect of a part from Trane which is taking a long time to be delivered. Luis the hvac engineer is fabulous. He did not give up trying to resolve the issue despite Trane contradicting his expertise. He knew what the issue was from the start but the system is under warranty and Trane were making him check everything first…guess what Luis was right! Will finalise the review when the Trane component is fitted but I am sure my opinion of integrity will not change.

We had such a great experience with Billy and his team. They came out immediately after I called them and had a new AC put in by the end of the day at my business, all for an affordable cost! Billy came back and checked to make sure it all worked. I would recommend to anyone!
