Top Notch has been coming to our house for the last couple of years to clean our air conditioning unit. They always do a really thorough job and I always feel comfortable with them in and around the house. So when we decided we wanted a new air conditioning unit we knew we had to use Top Notch. We just had them install it yesterday and they did a great job! They left us two extra filters and even moved the outdoor unit so that our gate no longer bumps in to it and can finally open all the way; which were really awesome bonuses. Really appreciate the fair pricing and hard work!

I own what you would call an architecturally difficult home for normal things to be installed. My partner called up Top Notch, and after a few measurements realized the standard couldn't be done. Instead of saying sorry, call someone else, one of their employees, Chris, went above and beyond in trying to move our air handler to where it was not only functional, but will pass inspection, AND match the aesthetic of the house. And the price made the decision to use Top Notch just that much easier. Not only do they think outside the box, but the quality of work, the professionalism of everyone we had contact with, and the price made this entire experience all the less stressful. if you have the good fortune of getting Oscar as your tech, you are getting one terrific person who is knowledgeable and can get the job done......he fixed my a/c unit when I thought I might need a new one but he showed me the problem, saw a couple of other troubling areas that would give me problems in the near future and now it's as good as new and the bill was more than reasonable for the extra life I will get from the unit... Get Oscar, he's great. I have no problem in referring Top Notch to people in my community.

After calling another company when our a/c wasn't working and hearing another company tell us they could possibly have someone out to us the next day, TopNotch had someone there within the hour. Not only was the service guy super nice but he was honest and informative. (Little tip: if your a/c trips your breaker, and it's not caused because of a blackout, your a/c is broken and needs to be looked at. It's telling you its hurting. Do not reset it. It might work at first, but eventually, it can set fire or even fly off foundation.) He even told us to feel comfortable and get other quotes if we liked and we did just that. We got mostly higher prices and the one that was cheaper was for a lesser quality unit. The next day we called TopNotch to seek if he could come out in a week. The owner said the service guy told him about our 2 yr old and our 7 yr old special needs daughter and he couldn't let them sit in an extremely hot house and that he would try his hardest to have someone there later in the afternoon. So not only did he work with us, he came to our house personally to introduce himself, and he had 2 really greats techs there within 2 hours. This is a great company with an owner that cares. We will be recommending them to everyone.
