Terry was extremely helpful! I called with having AC issues, but unfortunately I live in Hilliard and he isn't going that far out at the time being. He still took the time to ask me my symptoms and helped diagnose the issues over the phone. Guess what?? He was right on! I got another company to come and they found that issue and another but I must thank Terry! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this company to anyone!
I was amazed he took the time to talk to me about my clogged drain and switch issues.

If You want excellent service Callway is the place to call. Tyler drove to Jacksonville at 3:30 PM to pick up Air Handle motor and installed motor 7:00 PM . Did not want us to have uncomfortable night . Customer satisfaction and comfort is important to Callway

I called Terry Callaway on a Saturday. He came right out and found the problem. He also gave me the reason for the problem and gave instructions on how to prevent a reoccurance. I found him to be honest, friendly and knowledgable. His fee was very reasonable considering the amount of time he spent working on the unit. I highly reccommend Terry Callaway Heating and Air. He earned 5 stars.

Terry has installed 2 air conditioning units for us. Both times we've found him to respond quickly to our needs. He's professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We couldn't be at our residence for the last installation, and felt comfortable leaving him a key to access our unit, and lock up afterward. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Terry called us back 1st thing in the morning and quickly came out and identified the problem. They had to pickup a part on other side of Jax and stayed well into the night to have our AC working again. They were up front and very reasonable with the price, no extra charge for staying late. I highly recommend and will use them again.

I called first thing Monday morning at 7:30am and Terry was the first to call me back and got to me an hour and a half earlier than I expected. He was very thorough explaining what was wrong and diagnosed within a few minutes. Terry came responded quickly to my phone call. He was out in a hour and a half to fix my heater the day before Thanksgiving and tonight came back out to figure out why my AC wasn't working. Friendly guy and willing to explain everything to a nosey female.
