Champion HVAC is Top notch! The whole team showed up and knocked out the job perfectly! No mess, new equipment, installed, tested, and after 5 days we finally have AC!!! It didn’t take them 5 days, that’s just how long we went before we found them! They gave the best quote, and were on top of it. Brandel, Malik, Terrance, and Aiden all showed up and got right to work. Couldn’t be happier! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your AC needs.

This is the top tier HVAC company for Atlanta, Decatur and surrounding areas. Let me explain what they did for me today on such short notice.

Long story short:
Got home from work around 5:00pm and noticed the house temp was at 80 degrees but the thermostat was set at 74 degrees. After googling HVAC companies near by - I called Champion first and spoke to Carter which was right before 6:00pm. He diagnosed the issue within the first two minutes of our call and directed me to one of his techs which was Mr. Melvin. Reached out to Mr. Melvin and he answered right away and was extremely helpful at coming up with a game plan with our schedules and the issue I was facing so we could resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Mr. Melvin, on his own accord said to monitor the issue and if nothing progresses that he would come to my house late in the evening to fix the issue.

Long and behold - Mr. Melvin showed up at my house at 9:00pm and completely fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes. Along with the incredible customer service and professionalism - the cost was more than reasonable for everything they had done for me in such short notice.

I will never use another HVAC company going forward and will recommend to anyone immediately when they’re asking for advice on what HVAC company to use. Champion is one of the few companies in any industry out there today that puts customer service as a priority for their company’s core values.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience is deserving of an immediate praising for everything Mr. Melvin, Carter and Champion did today. Thank you guys so much and I don’t think I could put into anymore words how thankful I am for this entire sequence of events doing business with you guys today.

So very thankful to have come across this company. My grandmother was in distress and needed emergency service due to her system being down. I called Champion HVAC and thankfully he was in the area and was able to come immediately. The professional prompt service and the level of care provided to my grandmother was so appreciated. So thankful to have come across Champion HVAC, I'll also add that they did a great job and got the issue fixed the same day. Highly recommended.

Great service, available on short notice, fair rate, respectful, highly recommended.
The day didn't start well. Our air conditioner went out yesterday. We knew the temperature would get well into the 80s today, so we tried to reach our contacts last night.
We left messages but couldn't reach either of our technicians. We tried again this morning. They were both unavailable until later today. We went online and started calling.
We eventually spoke to Carter with Champion HVAC and Plumbing.
He said that he was finishing up at a customer’s home and would call back within twenty minutes. We said okay, but continued to try to find someone. To our surprise, Carter called us back when he said he would. We told him what was going on with our air conditioner and what we tried. He told us that he was fifteen minutes away, and actually showed up a couple of minutes before.
Carter and his assistant not only resolved our issue (we have two thermostats), they took time to explain what was going on with our dual system.
While they were here, they checked everything to make sure we wouldn’t have another unexpected issue and they answered all of our questions. Carter’s rate was fair.
We are so thankful to be cool and comfortable this evening, and we are grateful for Champion HVAC and Plumbing. We will contact Carter for future HVAC and plumbing repairs. Thank you!

Great people and great service! They sent someone out same day for an emergency repair (broken A/C with summer fast approaching/already here) and their quote for service was perfectly reasonable for the work that needed be done. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and we now have A/C again! Will definitely be calling Champion if we need repairs or maintenance in the future.

The technicians came out within an hour of call time. Carter walked me through the repair and made me feel extra comfortable. He was done within minutes and now my family is very comfortable! I highly recommend Champion to everyone

Who are these guys?!!!! The technicians were at my home within 20 minutes and walked me through step by step. The Team were very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the repairs needed. My home has never been this cool. Mr. Melvins and his Team are the Best Technicians Ever. 🏆

Called Champion at 11:35. They showed up at 11:55 and solved my issue within minutes. Truly a great company and their teamwork was really impressive. Champion saved the day. My guests will be checking in at 3 to a nice cool home.
