In a nutshell - I'm truly grateful for their amazing service.

Of course - it couldn’t have happened on a worse day - massive Atlanta heat wave and family visiting from out of town. My HVAC system suddenly just shut down at 6 pm. Dead. I started calling all the big name Atlanta companies…figured the big ones have the capacity to help 24/7. I was wrong. All their responses…they could get to me in a few days. Ouch! No help for me right now- from them. I had to find help...asap..and I wasn't giving up. I even called the company that installed in my HVAC system in the first place - which was still under warranty - and never heard back. Clearly lesson learned on that one. Wow.
As a last ditch effort- and the house temp going up in in high 80s - I called Champion. They had great reviews and offered 24/7 availability. At 6:30 pm at night I made the call and crossed my fingers. To my huge relief - someone answered - and it wasn’t an answering service - it was Carter. Carter not only answered my call, but actually came over late that evening and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, it was a worse case - the external unit had completely burned out - and was unrepairable.
Carter told me that he could have a new unit installed the next day. As I explained to him that I had long COVID issues - and would truly appreciate if he could do it as soon as possible. Well, he made magic happen - and his team started installing it later that next morning. His team was kind, considerate, accommodating, and incredibly hard working - all in the insanely high heat.
The house was beyond hot - and once they installed the unit…(with the house nearly 90) — by late in the evening - the system, which clearly worked like a beast - got the temperature back down to normal. What a massive relief.
I’m beyond grateful to Carter and his company, Champion. They really came through for me - in a way that I will always truly appreciate- and never forget. I’ve already been telling this story to many others. I hope Champion stay around a long time - as they are going to be my go-to from now on.

I got off work and my water heater had went out. It was freezing outside. I came into contact with Champagne HVAC and they came out within the hour. They did an excellent job. I would recommend these guys to anybody. Thanks a lot I definitely owe you this review. Awesome job!

The guys were absolutely awesome. They repaired my downstairs systems for a discounted rated due to me being a veteran. The technicians diagnosed my upstairs system while they were there, then made the repair at no cost! I’m very grateful for Champion VIP HVAC!!!!!

My property management company is garbage and hasn’t sent anyone out to fix my non-working air for FIVE days. I finally got tired of waiting and reached out to Champion this morning and they were SO responsive and came out within an hour. They quickly figured out the issue and went out of their way to accommodate and help me. Life savers because the heat was unbearable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!!

The technicians came out within 90 minutes of me calling and had me going in 15 minutes. The guys were very knowledgable and professional. They allowed me to watch the repair and explained to me and my wife step by step. I truly appreciated the service.

I’m in the process of purchasing a home and I needed the HVAC to be looked at so I called Mr. Carter at 10 a.m. today and he called back at 11 a.m. ready to go. He was very efficient and informative. Will be using his services again very soon!

My AC system failed, and Wilfred was able to see me almost immediately after I called. He professionally explained his diagnosis of my system, and his team was quick to return the next day to install my new AC at a very reasonable price. So I woke up this morning with a pool of water on my floor. Stressed out I called around trying to get people to come out and replace my hot water tank. Most people wanted to charge a diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew. I called this company and he knew right away what I was talking about and was ready to get me serviced the same day. I called around a few more places but just felt right going with him. Carter and his crew came in and replaced the tank. What impressed me the most was from the beginning of the process till the end, he informed me of all problems but had already had a solution. He just needed me to authorize it. That's hard to find nowadays. Most companies just give you problems and want you to solve it. Highly recommend this company. Also want to say that he is a local black business so show support. The brother is good and professional.
