I have been using Empire for years for both home and business HVAC services. I can’t say enough positive things about them - they are highly skilled, attentive, responsive, and friendly professionals. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work with them and I can’t say that I have been as lucky in other areas (e.g. plumbers, electricians, etc.). And I forgot to mention that they are honest and straightforward - I once had issues with my home AC sporadically shutting off, and the technician found that it was just a loose screw that was causing a leak that was dripping on a circuit board. My bill for that whole service was $15 - it’s almost unheard of and they didn’t try to invent repairs that I didn’t need or charge me an insane fee just for showing up. Just call them already!

Called in Tuesday, got an appointment for Thursday and the tech was on time and attentive to the problems. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and didn't stop once he solved the problem; he also checked other potential problems to make sure it wasn't simply a Freon refill that was needed. Also have me very clear description of what to do later for preventative maintenance. #thankful

On 6/9/2023, Chase provided excellent customer service and technical assistance including information on the latest technology as it relates to attic insulation. As soon as you talk to him, you know you have a technician with integrity and respect. Also helps that they guy is approachable and down to earth. Thank you Chase and Empire!

I have used Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for almost 17 years for maintenance service. Unfortunately, I experienced some that I can't believe on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. My air conditioning wasn't not cooling and I was told by Empire technician that I needed a complete new unit. That freon wasn't going to help. The freon would leak out. The system was going to cost me $13,993. Therefore, I called someone else to get a second opinion. On Saturday, April 1, 2023 someone else came out and checked my air conditioning unit and furnace and I was told that my air conditioning is okay and it has been disconnected from the outside and I wouldn't have never known. With the unit being disconnected, it wouldn't cool, come on or work. My air conditioning unit only needed to be reconnected from the outside and I only needed a hard start and freon for the unit to work and cool. I won't be using Empire Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. going forward for maintenance service.

Great experience from start to finish. Person on phone was nice and professional. The service person was prompt, polite, respectful, honest, and resolved our issue with no hard selling of unnecessary things. He wore shoe booties and a mask inside our house. Definitely going to keep using Empire from now on. Hoping to have repeat experiences like this one.

Fantastic service. Fixed our heating during the last freeze. Technician was friendly, prompt, and educated me on the issue and repair. Delighted to know we have a company we can use again in the future.
