Empire heating and air conditioning is very responsible and friendly in their service. They regularly provide up to date information for us and call to schedule our regular maintenance and prompt in response to our service call. Ken is especially wonderful in taking care of customers. He is through, very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. He recently worked on our system and the result is very satisfactory.

We are happy to have such a good company and excellent tech to take care of our house. We recommend this company to all wish a good, prompt and friendly service for their air and heating system.

From start to finish Empire Heating &Air did exactly what is expected of a great company, communicated effectively with a scheduled timeline, followed up with a call notifying us that they could arrive a little bit early, then when Kyle the technician arrived he was very courteous, polite, well groomed, and professional. Kyle promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue and was able to convey the issues in an easy to understand manner. I had another issue with my air conditioner and called Empire to come do a diagnostic. I experience the same great customer service from the beginning. A technician named Ken came out on time, diagnosed the problem, and explain the what was happening, he was able to fix the problem immediately. Ken was very friendly, polite, well groomed, and extremely knowledgeable. I feel like the two great service calls speaks volumes to the companies culture, quality, and customer service! Keep it up!

We’ve used Empire for all of our regular HVAC maintenance and repair needs for several years between two residences. They are prompt, thorough, and efficient, and all of our techs have been kind and personable. Ken has been to our house twice in the last week and was obviously knowledgeable and experienced. I was grateful that he took time patiently explaining to me how our system in our new home worked and how he was evaluating it. I would certainly recommend them!

Empire always provides excellent professional technicians and Ken was no exception. I’ve used them for maintenance for years and service, on time scheduling, and friendly customer service has always been excellent. They also replaced my system several years back and worked even after the sun set until everything was done. The lead guy came by the next day to verify everything was perfect. Good job.

Travis was a great tech, very professional, took his time to check all aspects of our hearing system, explained what needed to be done, and was very prompt in making all repairs and updates. I had no qualms signing up for the service plan, given the quality of service we had today.

Technician experience was very pleasant. Purchases two very expensive ductless A/C units for less maintenance however they require extensive, expensive cleaning and we were unhappy that this was never explained beforehand . Not cost effective. We've purchased three major A/C units and a boiler system in the past and this is first time we were unhappy with company.

We called and made an appointment when our heat stopped working. They were ver friendly on the phone and slotted us into the soonest appointment available. The company was responsive and communicative and our technician diagnosed a blown fuse and had us up and running within 10 minutes! Super easy process throughout!
