Anchor is very professional, they installed a geothermal unit in my old home, maintained it as well. They have service the unit in my new home. Could not be happier with their work. I highly recommend them.

Bradley installed my new unit last week and it is amazing! It truly is a work of art compared to the previous unit! My last unit lasted 27 years and I expect this one will exceed that with the service and professionalism that I witnessed. Thank you Anchor Heating and Air. First time in 4 years I’ve had any problems with my A/C and honestly they were the best. I called them and got someone to come out the same day, they were very thorough and just wanted to make sure everything was fixed. The owner is amazing and so helpful. I really appreciate them!!!!

I'm just so glad that I found Anchor Heating and Air when I needed them. I started using their services several years ago when my other unit died on me. They have been nothing short of wonderful from the first contact with them until now. The representative who helped me determine which equipment I needed was a total professional. He came to my home and walked me through the decision making process. There was never any pressure to buy, but everything was explained in detail. The unit I chose is everything he said it would be and more. It really has performed to perfection and I noticed a GIGANTIC reduction in operating costs per month. Every fall and spring I get a reminder to set my appointment for a seasonal maintainence check up. The clerical staff is easy to work with, and they make sure that my needs are conveniently being met. I had to cancel at the last minute one day when one of my cats was accidentally killed. They couldn't have been more understanding and kind. The reschedule was handeled a few days latter, and it was made at my convenience. The technicians they've sent to my home have been professional, personable, and proficient. I've only had one problem that's required a repair visit. The first technician was unable to locate the problem, so he called in the guy who had installed the unit. That gentleman checked everything that could possibly be causing the problem, but he was unable to locate the problem after hours of trying. They set me up with an electrition to address the issue. He was great and very accommodating. He found the problem quickly, explained the problem to me, and said there was no way the technitions could have been expected to have found it. It was repaired, and he was on his way. Anchor sent out the installer a few days later to make sure everything was running as expected and that I was satisfied. I highly recommend Anchor Heating and Air for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs. They're the best! I wish all companies were as into customer satisfaction as Anchor is. Consider this a 5+ star recommendation from a very satisfied customer.

Doug and Brad were very professional, polite amd got everything knocked out same day. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants professional work done right , and on time.

Anchor was prompt in scheduling my winter tuneup for both my furnaces. Service Tech was courteous and very knowledgeable. Performed service to my systems promptly and professionally. Was very satisfied with his work.

Service was the same day. Our AC stop working and Josh from Anchor was awesome. He provided great service. Was able to get are AC unit back up and running very quickly. I will use them again in the future.

Anchor Heating & Air is the best company we have EVER done business with in the 50 year that we have been married. The teamwork is surperior... from the people who answer the phone, the two consultant who throughly explained the Heating system in our home and what we needed to do, and the techs who came to replace the entire system, each of them were kind, caring, polite, and genuinely concerned of our needs.
