We have been using this company for 24 years. They have always went over and above when fixing our units...and always in a timely manner . We even had them install two new units 10 years ago at our new home. They worked with us on pricing and gave us an incredible deal. They are honest, dependable, and professional. We recommend them everytime someone we know needs heat and air work.

We had a house constructed 9 years ago, after losing our home to a fire. This company is the one that was sub-contracted for the heating/air system. The Heat Pump (Goodman) after only a year was low on freon so they came out and filled it up. The next year, same problem. I asked if there was a leak ? They said if it happened again next year, they would check. Year 3, defective coil in upper unit was replaced due to bad Chinese metal, recalled by manufacturer.
Years 4-8 involved $$ for freon and stop leak products. They could not find a leak. Year 8-9 after paying for another service call, I lost my "cool". The tech said they'd been doing this for 30 years and I said I'd been driving a car for 30 years and that does not make me a Good driver.
Had another company come out over Winter months (No Heat) the upper unit heat strip was bad and we were low on freon (imagine that) he said we definitely had a leak as he pumped nitrogen through the system. After 2 days of working on it and unable to find the leak. We are taking bids on a whole new unit with a "reputable" company.
Stay Far Away from this shady group. They don't honor what the warranty says and blame all the problems on the manufacturer of the unit.
If I could rate in the negative #'s I would. It's cheaper to replace than take legal action against their immoral and dishonest practice of these crooks.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever encountered in my life. They have a serious lack of knowledge when it comes to diagnosing a problem and refuse to listen when you tell them what's wrong. Don't waste your time or money with these people and if you do, don't be surprised when they can't fix your problem.

Dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, and fair with prices. Would definitely recommend.
