I was very pleased with Rooter Man Plumbers. I called another company and they couldn't give me a time and I waited for 4 hours with no call so I called Rooter Man and they showed up an hour later. Jeremy was very kind and professional and did his job well on this very hot day. Thanks to Jeremy and everyone at Rooter Man!

We just moved into our newly renovated home and realized we needed our septic pumped. Danny came out and was courteous, professional, and took the time to go over a few things before heading out. Rooter Man had Jeremy out to me in about an hour. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems in both of my bathrooms keeping me informed the whole time. Rooter Man is not the cheapest but they are reasonable and very very reliable. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

The call to schedule an appointment was pleasant and choices were offerred. The technicians called on the day of the appointment to let us know when to expect them, arrived and went straight to work after being briefed and given a tour. The inspection and work was accomplished in a timely manner. The charge was less than I expected. I requested and received an estimate for additional work in a timely manner

Mason P field technician did a great job fixing numerous issues I had on my farm at several different locations and structures. He did everything from repair jammed valves, to replacing faulty valves, to fixing broken water lines and even clearing clogged pipes that three previous plumbers were unsuccessful at clearing. He was prompt, polite, hard working and knowledgeable in all areas. He was more than happy to take on a few extra jobs that were not on my original work request. He even called my faucet OEM to arrange for warranty parts to be shipped in support of fixing my faulty kitchen sink faucet. Amanda back in the office was relentless in getting this service visit completed after numerous disruptions resulting from a spell of really bad weather in conjunction with my business travels. All in all, a very satisfying experience with the folks at RooterMan. It was great getting good service from all touch-points within the company and a fair, accurate and immediate bill before Mason left was most appreciated. Excellent job all around RooterMan. You are definitely in my permanent speed-dial.

We had a leak outside our home between the water meter and the house. I called Rooter Man Plumbers of Savannah and within 90 minutes had Jeremy at our home. The water leak was a small one and took some careful searching to discover the location. Once discovered, it was quickly and expertly repaired.
I can't imagine calling a different plumber after this excellent experience!

I want to put a great word out… For quick response very quick call back and professional etiquette and courtesies. I actually had repaired and solve my problem before my appointment in the afternoon. Very impressed .I will definitely be using this company when I need them
