Aire Serv of Suwanee

Anthony from Aire Serv of Suwanee came out to perform regular maintenance on our HVAC system under a home warranty contract. During the appointment, regular maintenance was not performed. Instead, they broke the air filter box, then stated to fix it, they would need to submit a claim to the home warranty company. The home warranty company denied the claim based on the report submitted by Anthony at Aire Serv and Aire Serv refuses to repair the filter box.

These guys are great. They installed an HVAC zoned system for me and have serviced it for me. When I needed repair they were here within hours and fixed it under warranty in 15 minutes. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Contacted them to recharge an AC unit. Their tech came with no information on the work that was supposed to be done and when I discussed the situation all over again, he did not even have the parts or the gas cylinder. While I appreciate their responsiveness and courtesy, I felt like they need to work on better information sharing and preparedness.

Contacted them to help with a broken A/c and they did show up in a timely manner but the tech misdiagnosed the issue. The tech said that we needed to replace multiple parts to fix the issue that would equal to over $1000. Called for second opinion and was able to get the unit fixed by just replacing one of those parts and saved more then half of the quote that AirServ gave me.

Professional, responsive., especially when they needed to come back to make adjustments. Anthony Thompson is VERY good.

The tech was very helpful and gave me tips to save energy.
