Our heat was out on a very cold morning, so we called Mission Critical for the first time. They were here in just a few hours. When they didn't have the exact part on the first trip, DJ (owner) made sure we had it before the end of the day and personally came to install it. Fantastic service and we highly recommend.

We just had a new unit installed at our house. Travis, Michael (I think!) and DJ did the install. They worked quickly to get it done and did extra work to help with clean up. They were very thorough and super nice! And the new unit is great- so glad to have it in time for summer. We would definitely recommend mission critical!

We had some very bad experiences with other HVAC companies not showing up or providing timely quotes. Took a chance and called Mission Critical hoping they were different and thank God we did make that call. The team showed up the same day, gave an estimate on the same visit and showed up ready to work. The whole project was seamless and couldn't even tell they were there... it looked that good. Price was incredible and service was professional. Many thanks for a job well done.

I called Mission Critical in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon. Chris came out and was very thorough and explained everything to us. After calling around to three other brand name HVACs in the Warner Robins area they provided us the best price and didn't charge us for a second opinion. We are very satisfied with the service provided to us today! If you are in need of HVAC services book with them today they are super quick!!

My a/c unit quit working. I called Mission Critical after having another local hvac come out and tell me "it can't be fixed, buy a new one". Without funds to do so, I needed options, and fast because one night without a/c was all I could take. During the call, I explained my situation and they took me serious. Tech Chris Townsend showed up a few hours later and he took the time to listen. Ultimately, he gave me a few options (the other company never even bothered) and got my unit back up and running. This guy was HONEST, and up front with me and wasn't trying to sell me a new system. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL about helping me. And for that... Mission Critical has a new customer. Thank you, Chris!!!

Unit went out on a Sunday. Jason Robinson responded in a timely manner and was very professional and thorough. He recommended a new unit as mine was 16 years old. Had a quote and Installation scheduled in no time. Thank you Jason!

Such a positive experience with Mission Critical! After having one of their competitors out during the “unseasonably hot” week who did not fix the problem, I did my research and called MCCS. They quickly identified what they believed would fix our problem, quoted a fair and reasonable price, and ordered parts and got it done in 2 days time. No surprises when we paid the bill, it was exactly as quoted. The guys who came out each time (Travis, DJ, and Michael) were friendly, personable, hard working, and consummate professionals. My husband and I won’t use anyone else again for our HVAC service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone that does a good job and for a good price! We especially love our veterans, fire fighters, EMTs, and police officers and love being able to support them as they support us.

The first time I used them, they were the only company that was willing to repair my 23 year old unit rather than try to sell me a new one. The repair that they did was something that the other companies said could not be done.. Saved me a ton of money and It’s still going strong a year later!!!!! So this time when I needed service on our business AC unit, it was a no brainer to call these guys. Came out the same day I called (1 1/2 hrs away), installed a complete unit the next day for a great price!!!!

This is an outstanding locally owned business. I have had to use them a couple of times and on both occasions they were very prompt, they did not try to sell me something I didn’t need, economical and professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
**Update 03/15/2021–I called MCCC AT around 8:15 this morning. Considering this is the third time I’ve needed them in the past couple of years, I was afraid the system was now in decline and need to be replaced. Jason was here around 9:30am and diagnosed the fan motor had seized up. After going to pick up some parts in Macon, he was back and able to repair fairly quickly. ANOTHER great experience with this company!!

Travis was such a pleasure! Just as important, he was knowledgeable and thorough in what what his assessment plans were versus his first sight recommendations. He was great in delivery of explaining what was going on and we were able to clearly and fully understand his evaluation, and we welcome future service with him and/or the company. Your company was recommended and thus far has met the expectations of superior service.
