Joshua has quickly found all issues and fixed the problems. He has answered to my questions and gave me his professional recommendations about proper maintenance of the system. I decided to add the surge protectors to all units and he quickly performed this task as well. I highly recommend using this company and personally Joshua! Also I want to mention that they considered my request as high priority during busy summer time during long weekend. I am impressed and satisfied by the way as how I was treated.

Bo Trader was my assigned technician; today's visit was my first experience of Bartlett's services. This tech was extremely professional, thorough, and did an amazingly comprehensive job. He explained potential options to me (for now and in the future), explained the potential benefits, and explained them in an order of priority which was really helpful. He took ownership of my AC system as if it was his own. He displayed a fantastic work ethic. Fantastic technician and a fantastic first exposure to Bartlett Heating & Cooling! I would highly recommend them!

My heat pump went out this year Bartlett came up to get me set up with a new unit. The guys were honest - I didn't feel they were selling me on something I didn't need. They did the job in one day, and left a clean job site. After this experience, I am switching to Bartlett for future work. I found them by making a post on Facebook and received multiple recommendations for them. Glad I chose Bartlett.

This is a great local company!! I just used them for the first time for a A/C Tune up. Their communication was great and they showed up as expected. Jerry was very professional and did a great job checking everything out and letting me know anything that need to be address. I will definitely use them in the future!!

Josh was amazing! He greeting me with a pleasant smile, ensured that me and him were on the same page as to why his was here and explained the steps he was going to take to see what was going on with the system. Once he was done, he provided pictures and what he was seeing and what we should be seeing. He explained the resolution and the pricing for each step. His prices were reasonable and understandable. I am so glad that I called and lucky that they sent Josh. He was amazing at identifying the issue, explaining the problem in terms that I could understand and then explaining next steps.

When I first called to request service I was greeted my Mary Beth who is simply a shining star and someone that you want to talk to when you know that you have a big ticket item in your house that needs to be repaired. No one wants to have these issues, we all do and Mary Beth will help you work through the issues and help you feel better while doing it.

Just had my first annual maintenance performed on my new HVAC unit, replaced by Bartlett in January. The unit has functioned perfectly, and Bartlett's price was 25% lower that my former HVAC service company. I have two other systems in my house and will no doubt use Bartlett when it is time to replace them. Outstanding company!

Excellent company and outstanding customer service! Terrence showed up on time and was incredibly professional. He came back after hours and performed troubleshooting to ensure my satisfaction after a genuine ghost in the electrical. Highly recommend!

Mitchell did a great job providing thorough annual service for the heating and air system. He identified a problem and offered solutions for it. He's a really nice guy to work with and explained everything in great detail. Brent and Thomas did a great job installing my 2 new furnaces. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the install completed quickly. These guys have a great work ethic and were really nice to work with. Brent took time to explain how to set the thermostat. Great experience working with the Bartlett teams. Really high quality company. They are very respectful of your home. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend! I called today (friday) with a thermostat issue. The tech came by (after hours) and quickly assessed the situation and gave me my options. Easy fix for a great price! Also the lady who answered my call was extremely kind and helpful!
