We used Bartlett Heating & Cooling for an emergency repair on our AC/HVAC! When I was desperate for someone to come out to the house, Patty helped get me on the schedule ASAP! We ended up needing someone to come out a couple of times (not for lack of quality performance, more so bc this job was not a quick fix). Terence went above and beyond to come out when needed and helped get our air back on! Their services were wonderful and very professional. Also, Karen was great with following up & communication on appointment times! The spot cooler we were able to rent for a few days truly saved us! Thank you Rony & Thomas for installing our new unit so quickly and effectively!

My A/C unit went out and I thought it would take forever to get it replaced. But not with Bartlett. My unit went out on a Saturday, they had a tech out the next day within an hour of my phone call. 3 days later, they had a whole new unit installed for me. Bartlett technicians did an excellent job of replacing the old flue pipe from 1955 with a new metal flue pipe. They put the new pipe all the way from the furnace in the basement out the roof and installed a new cap. The job was done very well. Everyone was very professional and polite. They worked together and coordinated their jobs very well. Thank you for a job very well done. It is a blessing to have good, capable people like you to take care of all of our heating and cooling needs. Thank you!

I am so happy to have found such an excellent HVAC service provider! My system was installed in the late 70s and the duct work is really wonky. I was having problems with air flow and a noisy return. Joshua did a thorough check of the entire system and made several adjustments to the vents. I'm very hands on, and he explained everything he was doing and why. Unfortunately nothing can be done about the noise due to the location of the system in my home, but the tweaks to the vents significantly improved the air flow! He's the 3rd person I've had out, but the only one who helped resolve the issue. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks so much.

We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets really hot or really cold is indescribable: These maintenance checks are taken so seriously and so much time is spent and so many things taken apart and really truly evaluated (conditions are described in detail on the report and even numerical values associated with various component tests are recorded)! Everything about this company and each of its people just screams total professionalism and I truly feel good every time I write a check to Bartlett because it really is money tremendously well-spent!
