From the get go, dealing with the sales representative Zach who is extremely knowledgeable, to the installers, Alan and Jason who were very meticulous about their installation. While Alan and Jason were working, we would ask questions about the system and they always took the time to explain the installation process. E-Smith responded with the urgency we expected to address a small adjustment to the system and Robert was able to explain everything regarding the installation. Brooke at the office was also very helpful regarding the financing and was able to answer all of our questions. We were left extremely impressed with E-Smith company. HAT’S OFF to the E Smith company. They are very professional, knowledgeable and on time. The service team were able to detect a faulty wire connecting my Nest thermostat to the HVAC. The Account Manager was very responsive and always promptly answering my emails. I NEVER felt alone during the process of purchase, installation and trouble shooting.

He went through our options and gave us his professional recommendations. I appreciated Joseph’s honest, sincere approach. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if you’re having HVAC issues.

I recently replaced two HVAC systems in my house. I wanted a company that has been around for a while, was close to me, was familiar to me (I see them around) and had great reviews. I found all of this with E. Smith Heating and AC. I called to get a quote and Zach was able to come later that week. He looked at my current systems and built me up a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He was very responsive to my questions and after I agreed on the system, he got me scheduled for installation in a reasonable about of time. The day of the scheduled install Henry and another person showed up right on time and got right to work. I work from home so I was around during the install. They worked all day and by the end of the day everything was ready except for one thermostat. I was using the existing thermostats and one of them was dead. It was nothing Henry did. I told Henry I would run to Home Depot while they finished cleaning up. Once I got back Henry and I got the new thermostat installed and everything worked. Henry was very patient.
Overall I was very happy with the whole process. The new system is nice and should lower my electric bill. The company has followed up about my service plan and today I got a tin of cookies as a Thank You gift. Was not expecting that.

I needed a new capacitor on my compressor unit on a Saturday morning. I was given a time frame and the technician called to say he was 20 minutes out in the middle of the time frame. He was personable and friendly, confirmed my amateur diagnosis and replaced the capacitor. It was a pleasure to be serviced promptly, professionally, and quickly by such a nice guy!

Great company, we used another company for our annual maintenance contract and they did half the work these guys do. Excellent value and fair on priceing. Helped us with two warranty issues other companies refused. 10 out 10 Gold star in my book.

The E Smith people installed my systems and have had the preventive maintenance contract on them now for several years. They keep the equipment running at peak performance and I feel they will extend the longevity as much as possible. They are very good people to work with both in the field and in the office.

Justin was on time, professional and fixed the capacitor attached to my interior blower. My home warranty company left me in the lurch but Earl Smith followed through and did a bang up job solving my issue. Would definitely recommend.
