We decided to continue HVAC maintenance with E Smith, as the former two preceding owners have done. During our first year of home ownership ESmith, came for routine Spring maintenance and discovered the heat pump capacitor required (a very expensive part) replacement. Sadly, no warranty of this expensive part was available or transferred from the previous owners (even tho ESmith had been servicing this home). The HVAC is less than 5 YO, chalk it up to bad luck. Our bill: $189 for the annual maintenance, and $323 for the $512 total. AC is blowing cold air so we are set for Summer.

Cameron, our service tech, was extremely professional, quick and efficient, as well as a very hard worker. I highly recommend E Smith heating and air, especially Cameron.
