Air Logic has helped me in commercial and residential capacities. Always on time! Can’t stress how important this is to me with being a business owner and my time being very important. They always leave with the project completed no matter what it takes. Definitely the best I’ve ever used for heat and ac.

I highly recommend Air Logic, I have Geo-thermal in my house which most AC techs do not work on so it is very hard to get a competitive price. I had a $1500.00 plus labor from one company and a $2200.00-$2800.00 price from another. Josh who does not usually work on those kind of units was able to fix my problem for $400.00 which was remarkable. It is a 15 year old unit and we did discuss replacement in the future but for now he was able to take care of my problem at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this company and will always share with anyone I know looking for great service.

Josh came out here and was able to get our air conditioning working again. It was 95 degrees over Memorial Day Weekend. The unit had some other issues and Caleb came back out here ASAP and was able to address what needed to be done. These men are awesome. I highly recommend them.

It's been two years now since Air Logic installed our new Carrier unit. Not only has it worked to perfection and performed in every way Josh promised it would, but the followup maintenance service has also been top-drawer. Can't say enough good things about this move to spend a bit more to get the Cadillac of the industry but for the selection of Air Logic as well.

Update: October 28, 2021 - At my recommendation my daughter purchased a Carrier two-unit system from Air Logic some sixteen or seventeen months ago. She had nothing but trouble with it and while Air Logic responded to her requests for help, they did so without success. In fact she was always left with the comment that it was either operator error or an attic not adequately insulated. Approximately two months after the one-year warranty on service expired, Air Logic stated they were not willing to deal with her anymore. As the Carrier was not operating in the depths of our Georgia summer heat and humidity, it was necessary to seek help from another firm. They immediately identified the problem as being in the duct and electrical system of the house. And at an expense of over $3k, modifications to both were done. The system has worked perfectly ever since. Neither Air Logic or Carrier will respond to our requests for reimbursement for the additional cost for materials and labor that should have been made in the original proposal and before a contract was accepted.

In conclusion, beware if Air Logic is involved in your shopping. Have a second opinion on what you need before agreeing to a multi-thousand contract with that Senoia, Georgia firm.

Like many Georgians starting their cooling systems this past HOT week, my AC compressor was blown. Josh Harper from Air Logic was prompt, professional, courteous and went out of his way to get it done. His associate Caleb is of the same cut. After searching far and wide for the replacement compressor, they wasted no time in installation.

Now enjoying AC and peace of mind.

Air Logic Heating and Air is one of the most professional HVAC companies in Coweta County. They provide speedy service and have been in the industry a long time. Not only do they service old, new, warranty systems, but they also install some of the highest efficient systems Carrier has to offer. The company is not "Air Logic Handy man services", therefore they do not install parts that a customer provides that are purchased offline or purchased anywhere else besides through a Warm Air Licensed Dealer. Reason being 1) 9 times out of 10 the wrong part is ordered by the homeowner 2) Warranty is not the same 3) Parts are likely to not be the same 3) the homeowner "diagnosed" the issue and ordered the part and typically it is misdiagnosed leaving a contractor back to square one of finding the true issue. This is why leaving it up to a Warm Air Licensed, Insured, Highly Trained HVAC professional like Josh at Air Logic is the BEST Solution when it comes to your Heating and Air System having problems. Had a unexpected AC failure last week called Air Logic for estimate they were able to come out that day .Awesome price quality system and totally installed in one day, Cant say enough great things about Air Logic led by Josh and his wonderful team , Staying cool thanks again.
