Absolutely the best HVAC service we have ever had. Premier came to us by verbal recommendation, and wow was it ever right on target! From the courteous and personable office staff, to the amazing service by Steve and his team, we were just amazed. Steve quickly responded to our service needs-showing up in 100 degree weather with gloves and mask. Within 2 hours he determined our issues, cleaned our units and refilled them with Freon, and yes we were cool again. We could not have been more impressed. In this day and age it's hard to find this level of service and expertise in any industry. We will trust all of our future air and heating needs to Premier.

Amazing. From beginning to end. The price was perfect and it went right along with the amazing service I was given from Jacki and Steve. We had been out of AC for almost a month and with one call, they were here w/ a crane and a new AC Unit to install onto the roof of my office. (And that was after two quotes and outlandish installation dates) To have such great service and to have it done so quickly (within two days) and professionally, I cried. They came in at 900am and started. I manage a medical practice and we had patients in the office. We couldn't tell they were here and we were looking right at them! Loved it! By the time I went to lunch and came back, Steve was standing in my hallway with his tablet, waiting on me. They were done. I shed a tear. I WILL FOREVER LOVE THIS COMPANY! If I have anything to say about it, anyone needing assistance with their AC needs to call PREMIER HVAC! I love you!!!!

Excellent! We were extremely pleased with the inspection, pricing and installation from Premier HVAC & Mechanical. We had 2 old units from the early 90's, one had gone out and the other was running inefficiently. We had a company come out initially to diagnose - after 3 visits they incorrectly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the liquid line. Steve came out and gave us options with a detailed estimate and made us feel comfortable fully explaining our options. He gave us great recommendations, diagnosed the problem correctly and even identified poor designs in the cooling distribution for our upstairs zone. This company was professional, helpful and easy to deal with. They helped us with a great financing package. Our units work great and are making our home very comfortable. Highly Recommend!!!

Love, love love, Premier HVAC!! Cannot say enough good things about them. They have provided us with an installation and service (for all our units), for the past 3 years, and they are marvelous. Steve West is honest and very hardworking, and he and his office staff always provide the very best in professional and courteous service. They are quick to respond to your request for service, and they do a fantastic job. For example: Recently we had one of our units stop working due to very dirty coils causing added stress to the compressor. Our dryer vent is located right next to 2 of our AC units, and it blows dryer lint straight into the coils. Steve told us early on this would be a problem always be problematic for the coils. We got so busy we forgot to have have him come out twice a year to check on them, and clean them. It was our fault, but when we called them when one of the units went out because of it, he made sure to add us to the end of his already packed schedule for the next day. I felt bad, because this could have been avoided if we had just remembered to make annual, or biannual service appointments. But he didn't make us feel bad about that at all. Even though it meant he was having to come out late in the evening, after a very busy, full day of making service calls. He's always so polite and professional, and had our unit up and running in a matter of minutes. Then he took time out of his very busy schedule to fit us in just a few days later, to clean the coils on both AC units. Their pricing on labor and equipment is very fair, not pricy at all.

I highly recommend Premier HVAC. I don't write many reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for Premier, because of their exceptional service standards. Anyone who uses them will be very satisfied!

Had to have both systems replaced in my home. Never met anyone in person (which was incredibly accommodating, other companies refused to give a free proposal without the homeowner being present) - but they are the best HVAC company ever! For the last 12 years, I have worked with Coolray exclusively, for installation and maintenance. The level of service from Premier is so much better. They were able to schedule install within two days from proposal... in late August! They were finished up before I even got home from work. I will recommend them to ANYONE needing HVAC service or install!

Mauro was great! He did everything he could to get our Furnace fixed. Great experience.

I called and received same day service. Mauro, the tech, had the repair done within 15 minutes as he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for based on the symptoms.

I recently had my A/C unit break down. Premier was able to get a technician out to me the same day I called them. The technician was on time and very professional. After the technician did everything he could to get my A/C back up and running, the tech made certain to document what was done and what else I needed to do on the invoice. Jacki in the office was extremely pleasant and I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. Thank you, Premier HVAC!!

Outstanding service. Fit me in same day as called for service (no heat). Called before showing up exactly on time. Discovered problem and was able to repair my 17 yr old system. Great work, neat and tidy and quality service. Steve explained the situation and all the tests he did to discover the problem and fixed just what was broken without trying to upsell! Would use and recommend again, without hesitation.

Steve and the Premier team are first-rate! Called on a frigid Sunday afternoon after our furnace stopped working and Steve was at our house within 2 hours. Because of the age of our system (20+ years), we decided to replace vs. repair. We never felt like Steve was “selling” us on a new system. The cost of the system was very competitive compared to other companies. Steve and the team were knowledgeable, professional and delivered on everything they committed to - Steve and the Premier Team earned our loyalty!
