We've had one issue after another with Comfort Air. We asked them to do basic maintenance on our HVAC system (as we know maintenance is the key to longevity) and that turned into $25,000 worth of work to entirely replace our system, top to bottom. That all could have been fine if the service and installation was superb, but it was far from that. Installation of our new system took over a week (without A/C the whole time - temps were in the 80s) and after many complaints, the work was finally completed very late one Friday evening. It took another week and two or three additional service calls to get everything finished up after that, including the installation of a very fancy thermostat that we did not want or request and which installed, promptly failed. Now just weeks later, that same thermostat has failed again, leaving us without heat as the temperatures are dropping into the 40s at night. We haven't been able to satisfactorily get our thermostat up and running for nearly a week now. Truly, the constant frustration is not worth it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. With Comfort Air you're likely to pay a lot and only get a little.
Comfort Air has REaLLY good people working for the company and technicians with a lot of experience. Let me disclose recent experience... Leak from condensation line in wall. My warranty company wants me to go with some cheap asshat company. I said no thank you, going to use my own. Decent human being at warranty company gives me info for getting Comfort Air covered as out of network contractor. April Moony in office is patient with me and takes all the info, calls warranty company and gets work approved. Technician Ricky Whitman, awesome personality, patient, informative and good sense of humor, comes out and puts in a new drain line that runs outside the house in two hours. It’s barely noticeable and works beautifully. We review the work, crack up, and he says professional goodbyes. I’ve only worked with Comfort Air for 15 months (Maintenance agreement where Michael comes out - another amazing tech) and I will never use anyone else!
We are very pleased with Comfort Air. Our Administration Building for our Church needed new units, I called spoke with a lovely lady name Renee. She came over and knew so much about the units, she assisted us with selecting the best units for our building. Renee follows up with us is always very professional and prompt. I would recommend Comfort Air, ask for Renee.
AC was not working needed it repaired. Got service done next day after lunch. Repair guy was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing. Didnt take very long to detect what was the issue.
Jason, Mike and all Comfort Air team members are always very punctual and professional. The company has managed our home HVAC system for approximately 7 years and always performed all services exceptionally well. We would never consider using another company and highly recommend you use their company for HVAC services.
Repairman Mike Johnson gave me a call on his way over, was totally professional in handling a repair I needed done asap in a vacation rental of mine, and did the job in a timely manner. He explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent service.
We have had Comfort Air service our HVAC units in both homes we have owned. They are always honest and very efficient. Every serviceman who has visited us (regardless of whether it was for a routine maintenance visit or a visit to fix a problem) have been cordial, thorough and very competent. Recently we had work done on both our units in our current home and there was a question regarding the quote we received. They did the honest thing and honored the original quote given to us, even though it was done in error. I highly recommended this company prior to this encounter and doubly so now. It is hard to find honorable people in today's world and they have proven that Comfort Air fits in that category. Kuddos to everyone there and especially Matthew Palefsky.

April is always extremely helpful on the phone and helps get my property back on track and residents happy! She always keeps me up to date if something needs to be ordered or is on order as well. They are very communicative and transparent so I can keep my residents up to date! She has also always surprised me with how quickly they can usually get someone out to us.
Mike Johnson was knowledgeable, cordial, and very precise in his explations. We would be very pleased to have him service our systems again. We are also very pleased with Jason's knowledge, cordiality, and salesmanship. And he has a fairly decent sense of humor. Bob Corey
