Mark Reynaud has been servicing our two HVAC units for over ten years. He is always prompt, professional, and VERY reasonable. He does not try to sell unneccessary services or products, and he takes time to explain what the issue is and offer options if there are any. He is a genuinely nice guy, and has earned our trust, which is not easy :-) We highly recommend him!

Mark was able to fit us in the same day I called. He arrived within the stated time frame and when he discovered the problem (user error), he didn't even charge a service call fee! Very professional, with a great customer service ethic. Will definitely use again!

I noticed some leaks in throughout the house. Went into the attic and the drip pan for my unit was fillled with water. I called Mark Friday and he was able to come out today. Prior reviews led me here and I can honestly say Mark was very professional and provided superior service at a very affordable cost. He unclog the lines and fixed another issue he found. I will definitely use him again and I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I am so glad that I found Reynaud Heating and Air!!! I called Reynaud Heating & Air on a Friday afternoon at 3pm in a panic because I had just clipped a wire on my AC unit (insert tears) trying to clear some vines from around it. Mark, the owner was so kind and professional he was able to come out the same day and fix the cord that I clipped. It didn't take long for him to fix the problem. I just knew I did some major damage. However, he was in and out in no time. My AC is now working great and I will not clip anymore vines lol!! Thanks Reynaud you all took a lot of stress away from me that day!! I highly recommend them!! You won't be disappointed!!

So like many of you guys I check the google reviews before calling any company.....If you're reading this review TRUST ME you will love the service this company provides. My issue was actually a really easy one to fix however it turned out that there was a different issue that I didn't notice and the guy did. He went above and beyond ya know. I honestly couldn't say anything bad about Reynaud Heating & Air, if you have a HVAC system problem then please make them your first call....it will be the only one you need.

Mark is very professional and he get the job done. I would recommend him to all my family and friend. I have a house with 3 AC unit and it over 16 year old and it is still running really well thanks to Mark.

Mark was knowledgeable and very personable! The service was excellent and their pricing can't be beat...I don't think. I compared their prices to another company I was contemplating using (Berry HVAC), and it wasn't even close. I'd definitely recommend Reynaud.

Called Mark at 9:30 with air conditioning leak I've had for a month, and unable to get someone out , mark was at my home within 4 hours to make repairs, he is professionally, courteous, and very reasonable. I highly recommend his service.
