This was a routine gas grill service/maintenance call. Technician Lionel did a complete and thorough job. The job required some additional parts which he will order and return later to install. Lionel is an excellent, very competent, and personable tech. A real asset go the Bolton organization.

He gave me suggestions about keeping my home safe and gave instruction as related to gas fireplaces. He was very knowledgeable and I will certainly call them for any other needs I may have. I highly suggest their services. They repaired my fireplace within 45 minutes and was on time for our appointment. It made my day easy.

I've had my gas fireplace for about a year now. The technician, Moises, came out today and checked everything out, he cleared the pilot from an obstruction, renewed the embers, and showed me again how to light and use my fireplace. I really appreciate the way Bolton has taken care of my needs. Excellent service!

Called on Tuesday for a service on a gas log fireplace. Very helpful office person scheduled us for the next day. Tech was on time, polite and thoughtful. Diagnosed the issues, fixed them all and inspected the entire fireplace. It burns brighter, cleaner (no gas smell) and looks better than it has in years. Tech was Jonathan Casanova. I highly recommend Bolton and Jonathan in particular.

We just had our spring HVAC servicing. We've been using JR Bolton for 20 years and trust them. They come every year for both Fall and Spring servicing. They have also serviced our gas logs.

I just met the nicest and most knowledgeable young man that is a plumbing specialist with Bolton named Sergio. I need a new water heater and was hoping to get a tankless to replace the old tank one. He explained everything so clearly, and was extremely respectful and patient with my questions and concerns. He took his time to figure out a solution for getting a tankless water heater that will be right for my home.
I hope that Sergio knows how much I appreciate his honesty, kindness, knowledge, and patience. This young man will go far in life!

We recently had our old fireplace mantelpiece and surround removed and replaced with a new linear fireplace. JR Bolton performed the tear-down and installation. I want to commend Rene with RegalFireplace for his excellent installation of the new fireplace. His team was very professional and knowledgeable. They came in, got to work, and completed the work in an honorable length of time. He gave both my husband and me a detailed explanation of how to use the fireplace remote. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with these people. I highly recommend them, and I am very, very particular.
