We had Lionel install a gas fireplace with a remote. Wow, we are so impressed! He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable and professional. Very high quality all around.

We needed our gas fireplace and logs repaired and replaced. The office staff was helpful as I asked about their services and what I might be needing. Lionel, our technician was great. He arrived in a timely manner, was professional and conscientious about keeping the area clean as he laid out his tools and needed equipment to make repairs. He explained our options and provided material that we could look at so we could make a decision regarding new logs. He explained the workings and care of the set up and was sure we understood basic maintenance required. Would recommend Bolton to others in need of gas fireplace work.
