HVAC System went down on a Sunday evening. Called Josh Monday morning, and he advised me that he might be able to schedule me in later that day. Called me back later the same day, and was out and had the problem resolved within the hour. Highly recommended.

I called after hours and Josh Maul came out promptly to fix my problem with the air conditioner. Fast, expert service with reasonable pricing.

American Home Shield had sent May heating & air earlier in the day to install a new thermostat, it seemed to work. I left for work and when I returned home the house was unusually warm.
I called AHC and was told to contact May H&A. I called but they had closed for the day, that's when I called Mr Maul.

The problem was that due to the wiring done by May H&A, the unit was heating and cooling at the same time.

I still don't have an answer about a return of my cost for payment to AHS for service call that didn't fix my problem.

The weather is too hot to be out of AC and you take that into consideration when someone calls for service.

Josh with Harris Neck Heating and Air is without a doubt the BEST HVAC contractor in Coastal Georgia. My mother owns an older vacation home on a tidal creek and for several years Josh has helped us with small repairs and kept the outdated system going for us. He always responds to our calls in a timely manner and his work is very affordable. This summer, when the 18 year old system had an issue with the drain pan and a coolant leak, Josh advised us that it was probably time to get a new system. We trusted him fully and he installed a new unit at a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his company and give him the highest recommendation!

We were at our place in shellman bluff for the weekend and turned the heat off then turned the AC on. We went to the store and when we got back home it was hot and the ac was not on. We kept working with it and the heat to see if it would come on and never did. We did not know anyone around so I started googling and saw Harris Neck heating and air and all of the great reviews and how good Josh was. I told my husband so he called and didn't get an answer but in just a few minutes his phone rang and it was Josh returning his call. This was on a Saturday evening . Josh came that same evening and tried to fix it but didn't have exactly what he needed because it is such an old part. He told us he would come back during the week and work on it. He called my husband and told him what it was how many parts and how much it would cost. He fixed it and when we got back it was working perfectly. We thought his price was fair and very reasonable. We thank Josh for his expertise and quick response. I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

We have used up to 5 different HVAC companies over the last 2.5 years of living in Southern GA. We have found service, follow up, professionalism, fair pricing difficult qualities to come by. Harris Neck Heating & Air was recommended to us by our neighbors. The owner, Josh, was quick to respond to my message left for him (within 10 minutes). He came out that very day to discuss options. He listened to us and the multiple problems we had been having with our current system. He priced out options that were up to $2,500 less than what his competitors had quoted for a new system. He scheduled a full system replacement 3 days later. Josh and his team arrived at 9:00 and were ready to leave at 2:30. Josh, himself, spent time with us helping us set up our thermostat to make sure it was working like we wanted it to work, not like they wanted it to work. We received a follow up phone call from him 3 days later. Our system is working beautifully and we are so very happy that we decided to give Harris Neck a call.

Josh is great to work with, fair in his pricing and good with his trade. I have used him 3 times now and all 3 have been more than fair. The last time was on a Saturday morning. He dropped what he was doing and came. He even had to make a trip back to his shop for materials to complete the repair. Instead of doing the quick and easy thing he took hos time to pull a full vacuum and make sure my system was operating at peak performance. Highly recommend him and this company. Thank you Josh!!

I have used Harris Neck Heating and Air for several years. Josh is very responsive when you need service and quickly returns your call, which can be rare these days. He does not try to oversell you on services you don't need. I recently hired him to replace two aging systems and his price was competitive and I trusted him to do the work while we were not there. When I returned, I was not disappointed. The workmanship was excellent, his crew cleaned up, and the systems have been working flawlessly. I am very happy and have had nothing but positive experiences. Our house is in the Shellman/Haris Neck area and it is great to find this level of service where other companies don't always go.

Josh has serviced us on a couple of occasions at a couple of houses. Professional and honest in his assessments of your units. He has even talked me through an issue so I could fix it myself to save me some money on a service call, I would definitely recommend him for your heating and cooling needs.
