Brian H. with Integrity was awesome! Heating stopped working on Sunday, so we gave them a call as they were the initial company that installed our system (New Home Build). Brian gave us a call back, and let us know when he was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues and found a faulty control broad. He had one in van stock, and less then a hour later we had heat again! Thank you Brain H. and Integrity Heating and Air for making sure we didn't freeze in the winter.

Integrity repaired my heating system in a commercial building. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and had it Repaired before closing time; all for a fair and reasonable cost. I will use them again.

Great company with amazing customer service... Gets the job done right the first time

This company was referred to us by a friend after we had called another company to have our heating, A/C and water heater serviced and were told we had a crack in the heat exchanger in the furnace and that they had to turn off the heater and replacing that part would cost about $1,800. We started exploring our options of replacing all of them since they were old and got a quote from that company of $8 to $10 grand depending on which kind we wanted. So I contacted Integrity to get a second opinion and quote and their service tech, Thomas came out. Thomas saw that our heater was only 6 years old and contacted the manufacturer to see about their warranty on parts. He also said the cracks we were told we had were probably blown out of proportion, which we learned yesterday was exactly the case. The other company even turned our furnace off because of the hazard of it leaking Carbon monoxide. Thomas said our 6 year old furnace was still under warranty for parts and that they could install the part for labor cost only which turned out to be about $300, NOT $1,800! When Thomas removed the part yesterday to replace it with the warrantied part, he showed us the cracks the other company blew up. They weren't cracks in the actual air flow heat exchanger part. The cracks were very small and in the corner where the crimping is that seals the 2 pieces of metal together. We do need to replace the water heater and the A/C unit because they are over 10 years old but they are still funtioning and summer is coming to an end so we have some time to save for those replacements as right now is really hard as it is because I'm going through chemo again. Needless to say I will NOT be using the other company though their staff was very nice, either they are ignorant or intentionally deceiving us using scare tactics. I did find the other company's finance person has been VERY pushy calling multiple times about financing our system replacements which I told her we were looking into other options. The other irritating thing about her calling me multiple times is that, does she think I'll forget that I have issues with my furnace that need fixed? So I told her again not to call me and if call them when we got it figured out. I will recommend Integrity Heating and Air now in the future to anyone! They represent the name of their company well and their staff is great and their tech was very helpful, informative, on time and friendly!!

We have worked with Wahab multiple times and every interaction with him has been A+++. He is prompt, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and has shown the highest level of integrity in his work.

I HIGHLY recommend Integrity Heating and Air, their service, beginning with the first person to answer the phone, is second to none. I recently hired a competitor to do a furnace inspection of my 5 year old appliance.
When he finish his "inspection" he presented me with almost $4,000 in recommended repairs - I immediately sought a second opinion. Enter Thomas, with Integrity. He was able to come out the same day, inspect - and remove the part in question - so I could see for myself - NO DAMAGE FOUND. On top of this level of service, Integrity waived their inspection fee! I cannot recommend Integrity Heating and Air enough, I will never use any other company for my HVAC needs.

The frustration of coming home and inside the house is 89° is beyond grimacing. Called Integrity, they had Brett and Thomas come out and take a look. They were both professional and understanding with the urgency. They had a new system on order immediately. Then installed. By morning the house was 70°. We were definitely thanking our lucky stars. I dont think our tradesman get enough credit. These are the guys that make living conditions very comfortable. Thank you Brett for the super awesome job on our new AC and Furnace installation, and thank you Thomas for the initial quote and order for the equipment. Good job guys!

Owning a home can be overwhelming in itself especially when there are major repairs needed. You find yourself combing through reviews and calling multiple companies hoping you find an honest service company.

I was in this situation a couple of weeks ago with my AC unit. I received so many different analysis, most of them being extremely costly and over the phone diagnoses. I came across Integrity Heating and Cooling and thought to myself the name says exactly what I want in a service company. I requested to have a technician come out to my house to offer an estimate. The turn around time was surprising (weekend). I was greeted by their technician Thomas (very polite - personable), and showed him to my unit. I stood there, cringing, waiting for another expensive assessment. But, that was not the case. He said here is your problem. I can have you back up and running in 30 mins for $150 and he did just that. I explained to him I had a company out a couple of months ago to perform a tune-up. He walked me through what was to be included in a standard tune-up, it was apparent to me that the well known (think pink) large company I had out, did me no favors in regards to performing the job they stated was completed. If you find yourself in need of a heating and cooling company in the valley, make Integrity your first call, you will thank me for it!
