I had problems with one of your men. That's why I never called you back but this man here makes it right? I wish I could remember his name but I'm sure you have it on record. Perfect Home Services took over our long time HVAC company last year. They came out when we had a heating problem and said our furnace was inefficient and not installed properly and we needed a new furnace. We agreed and a new furnace was installed. We bought their VIP package. Fast forward to March of this year. They called to schedule a routine maintenance on our Air Conditioning unit. We were pleased that they reached out to us and we scheduled maintenance for today, April 21st. On Tuesday morning of this week they called to see if we could move our appointment to that afternoon but as we could not make that work they replied, "no problem, we'll see you on Friday." Yesterday morning we received an automated message reminding us of our appointment for today, 4/21. Yesterday afternoon we received a call telling us that there was a glitch in their scheduling system, they were overbooked, but would gladly reschedule us for their next available appointment on JULY 1ST. Who wants a season checkup on their air conditioner in July? And why were we not notified until less that 24 hours before our appointment? And how is this VIP service? No one could answer those questions. We spoke with 2 different members of their staff and were told by both they would "escalate our concerns as urgent and request someone call us." As no one else from Perfect Home Services has taken the time to reach out to us we can only surmise that our concerns and our business mean little to them and we'll move on, finding a company that values customers and customer service above all else.
I had issue with my AC after getting my air ducts cleaned from another provider. Zach Olson was the specialist who came in and did a very good job. He answered all my queries and getting to the root cause of the issue was really tricky as it was messed up by the company that did the air duct cleaning. Apparently the connection between the air filter and furnace had a very slight gap which was making shrill sound when the AC was up and running. Hard to diagnose but Zach did a good job there.
Tech was very thorough on his inspection & tune up of my rentals a/c & furnace. Provided a detailed written report along with various pictures on the inside of a/c & furnace. He also followed up with a phone call explaining his findings which allowed me to fully understand the written & the pictures. Thank you!
Jake Sinyard was my tech today. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, educated me on my air conditioning system, resolved my issue and got my air working very efficiently after thoroughly going over my options for resolution. I would definitely recommend the company but ask for him by name if possible 😀
I had Todd show up and he was an amazing young man, very friendly, knowledgeable and was very happy to explain the issues that I had with my AC and what he was going to do to resolve them. I appreciated that very much. His visit ensured I would use this company again.. Thank you!
Jeff Aleman was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that he was doing and thoroughly walked me through the issues and options for solutions. He helped with with a cost/benefit analysis for each solution to help me make the right choice. In the end I ended up selecting a new furnace, because of the ongoing issues with my unit.
I highly recommend Jeff and the Perfect Home team.
We were able to get a plumber out to the house within a few hours of calling after our water heater broke down. Brent was very thorough and took the time to explain every option we had for fixing or replacing. Great service!
Smith was great. Very courteous, approachable, professional and honest. I like him a lot!
My only complaint is that we waited all day for them to come. He arrived at 730pm. We were not given a window of time and I didn’t receive an update call until I sent a text asking for an update at around 530pm.
